I'd like to commend Paulo, the one who delivered our order for tonight. He's got excellent customer service and delivered our order with care despite us ordering at midnight and close to their closing time. He deserves a raise or a bonus, Domino's! We ordered chicken wings and cinnamon bread twists they were all freshly cooked and tasted great. (I also like their pastas aside from their pizzas but didn't order it for tonight.)
UPDATE (August 2022): We have ordered several more times from this Dominos lately and it has been much better. So I have updated my rating.
We have been getting pizza from here for a while. Their cheese pizza is good. But they have a few issues to resolve. 1) We only order carry out because the curbside delivery takes too long (understaffed?) and delivery takes too long as well. 2) The past several times we have gotten pizzas that looked like they were cut by Ray Charles (see pic) or they were not cut at all. Should be an easy fix but we will see.
Love that I can change the sauces on the pizza from marinara. They are pretty quick with preparing your order when you pick it up. It's cool that they will bring you your order to your car when picking it up.
We ordered a large meatzza pizza, a medium chicken bacon ranch pizza, an order of cheese stuffed breadsticks and a chicken alfredo. SOOO good! It was literally done in 15 minutes from the time I ordered. Thank you!
Order a pizza tonight at 7:00 it came out the oven at 7:25 . It left the store at 8:55 I got it at 9:55 it was cold and dried up but the kicker is I have been on hold since 8:00 pm about my pizza before it came and I’m still on hold it’s after 10 and counting
Since last review I must admit that the pizza and service has improved I have been very satisfied with my last few orders that pizza was good
Absolute wonderful customer service. I had ordered from another pizza chain and they called me last minute to let me know they were unable to process my order because it was so large and I didn't give 24hr notice. I told them to cancel my order and I called this Domino's and spoke with Ryan whom was extremely nice and polite stating that he would indeed be able to do this large order of 20 pizzas and have them ready in 30 min or less!! Unbelievable! When I arrived 20 min later to the store, all 20 pizzas were ready and they even helped me load pizzas into my car. This is the epitome of excellent customer service. Thank you Ryan, Clint, Janet and David for all of your wonderful help. You guys are all rock stars!
I've lived near this dominos for a decade and I probably shouldn't eat this food as much as I do, but here we are. I've never had a problem, it's always been great.
Understaffed. When I went to pick up my pizza nobody acknowledged me at first just kept working. It was just 1 guy & 1 girl. Definitely needs more staff, but so do other places. 🤷🏽♀
