So I enjoyed this pizza. Just wished it was a little crispier. The customer service wasn’t bad and it was great, just blah. I ordered two thin crust pepperoni and half banana peppers. The bread sticks or dough balls rather we’re not cooked very well. Almost too much butter.
They did a good job on the pizza. Customer service was excellent and the order was done fast. Great job ladies
Our 3 pizzas were absolutely delicious! The delivery was right on time and the food was good and hot. 5 stars are certainly deserved. Last weekend was the same== great service.

Excellent every time, same faces, very polite, prompt timing, fresh pizza, been ordering from here for a few years now, and they take care of dinner every time, I especially like the fact that they will call you if the delivery is going to take longer than expected. That gives me the option to just swing by and pick up my order if I need it faster…which is usually the case with having two kiddos that are dying of hunger in the blink of an eye!!!!! If you have kid….you know what I’m talking about. This location has earned their 5 stars multiple times over.
We ordered a delivery last night. The 2 small pizzas were really good but room temperature, was not even warm. The lava cakes were really good. But, we ordered the dipping cheese they have been advertising. The cheese had a good taste but there was no way you were dipping anything in that. It was only a quarter inch deep and one big glob. We had to cut it with a knife. I tried to put it in the microwave but that didn't help. Need to improve that.
I’ve ordered carry-out here twice. The orders were prepared & ready immediately, and every item was perfectly prepared and piping hot right out of the oven! The Dominos Reps were both Professional & Courteous. This is my new go-to Dominos. A genuine 5-Stars all ‘round! Thanks to EveryOne at the Dorchester store!
UPDATE: My previous (unfavorable) review was based on multiple issues, but was also 3 years old and we hadn't ordered from this location since then. We recently received a Domino's gift card from a friend and decided to go ahead and give them another chance. I was pleasantly surprised with the responsiveness and delivery speed, which were the major issues in my last review (never had an issue with the food quality). I've upgraded my rating to 4 stars and will revisit based on future interactions. All in all, I'm glad things seem to be looking better since we used to order from here frequently and I like being able to support nearby businesses - today's delivery driver, Enrique, used to deliver to us a lot and we were glad to see him again! I hope we continue to have positive experiences with this location.
Update: I called the next day and spoke with Brandon. He remade my order and had it delivered free of charge. Pizza was much better. Thanks for fixing the issue, Brandon!
Pizza was undercooked and just not good at all. Threw the rest of the pizza away because it wasn't edible. Disappointed because I spent a good deal of money, too.
Received really, really helpful customer support and service at Domino’s in North Charleston today. The store was very, very severely understaffed as there was only one person running the whole restaurant. Nonetheless, she was very friendly and made my pizza and served it with in less than 10 minutes. I only regret that I did not get her name. Personally, I think she deserves a raise for a great attitude and responsibility for keeping the entire restaurant open and moving
