This location is the bomb. I love all Taco Bell’s but I love the people at this one. They’re always friendly and nice and I always get napkins! Chefs freakin kiss bro. I always get my sauces and all my stuff and the one time I didn’t and I got someone else’s order, the cutie pie manager gave me some free taco coupons. The guy who looks like a knock off Johnny Depp.

They are hit or miss like every other Taco Bell. Went there a week ago to get Beefy Melt Burritos and they completely messed up my order. Got refunded and a free $10 item because of it. Yesterday, redeemed that free item and everything was perfect. Went there again today and everything was perfect again. When I walked in to grab my order, I noticed employees were having a meeting with a shift leader about customer complaints. Seems like they are trying to improve, because every time they mess up, that's free items for us customers, which means money lost for Taco Bell.
All I gotta say is. I haven’t gotten the sauces I’ve ordered in forever. The employee that actually put a heavy amount of fire and diablo sauce in my bag that was for a DoorDash order, deserves a raise. Pay that man. The masses are starting to believe in tacobell again starting with this sauce saviour. Bless up directly to that tacobell employee throwin sauce packets in my bag like your local strippers on New Years. Unbelievable service. 10/10. Highly recommended
I recently had an experience at Taco Bell that initially left me disappointed, but ultimately left me impressed and satisfied with their exceptional customer service. My brother and I had placed a large order totaling $40, but when we got home, we realized that almost every item was incorrect.
However, our disappointment quickly turned into appreciation when we contacted the store and were connected with a manager named Martin. Martin went above and beyond to rectify the situation and make us feel like valued customers. Not only did he apologize for the mistake, but he took it upon himself to personally remake our entire order to our custom satisfaction.
Martin's dedication to resolving the issue and ensuring our satisfaction was truly impressive. He was friendly, attentive, and showed genuine care for his job and the people around him. It was evident that he took pride in providing excellent customer service and went the extra mile to make things right.
As someone who has always loved Taco Bell, this experience solidified my loyalty as a lifelong customer. Despite the initial mistake, the way Martin handled the situation was truly commendable. If the owners or district managers of this Taco Bell location read this review, I strongly recommend recognizing Martin's outstanding efforts. He deserves a raise or consideration for a higher position in upper management, as he is a shining example of a dedicated and customer-centric employee.

I never have an issue. Something about this specific Taco Bell; they never mess up. The fellas working tonight made sure my food was accurate and fresh, and their service was excellent as always.
Listen, they stopped taking orders due to too much Uber eats and door dash orders. I did order online so the girl who was ruining the window pushed my food to the front. She was so sweet for that. That crew works hard and I still haven’t had a bad experience at this Taco Bell. Ever

This was a few months ago...however, this location has the best crew ever!!! I'll delay my lunch when I want Taco Bell to eat at this location... I went thru the drive-thru, and the guy that took my order said something positive and was all about it. Repeated my order, and double checked the modifications I had...drove up, he was pleasant professional as he ran my card he asked if I was working, (yup, landscaper), got my food, told me to have a great day and not to work to hard. I was impressed. I parked and ready to get my grub on, only to find the burrito was, dare I say, better than ??? beyond expectations. Evenly stuffed with the correct mods, rolled, and grilled to perfection like I've ever seen before. Dee-ohh-emm-gee-licious. I got out and went in to thank them, the counter guy asked i needed something to drink since it was hot out. I asked to speak to whoever made my food, she came out and was like, "I remember that order, Ive made that for you before" I thought i was being "punked"... I thanked them and handed them a twenty, and said split it between the four of them cuz you guys are outstanding and that the powers that be, the owner, corporate, that Chihuahua dog or who ever, should be glad thankful that y'all work here.

This Taco Bell has been great ever since Q started working there. He is so nice and polite and professional every single time. He deserves triple the pay. We always know it is going to be good when he’s at the drive thru. I hope he’s making enough money because I can tell he’s a good employee.
