My intentions while visiting the dealership for the first time was to find a 4Runner in at least a TRD Off Road Premium trim - when we arrived we were greeted pretty promptly (even though we tried to hide a little bit) by Billy. He was genuine, kind, open and most of all, not pushy. He catered to our needs and bent over backwards while we asked if the dealership had any more 4Runners or Tundras arriving before test driving a 4runner. He mentioned they may be getting more of them in on the next trailer and mentioned there was a tundra parked on the other lot that may be available. We went to test drive the 4runner and saw it!! I Immediately called Billy and asked if we could get the keys to Tundra. We test drove a Lunar Rock SR5 and loved the absolute s*** out of it. It was beautiful. However, we felt it was missing quite a few quality of life aspects. Billy sat us down and we combed through the entire inventory - just for us to stumble on the great TRD Pro Tundra parked on the side that had a sticker on it. He mentioned it may be available and that’s how everything evolved into me driving away in a new car. Spec’d out to perfection and flat out, gorgeous. Billy was so outrageously patient, open, transparent and it was undoubtedly the most pleasant purchase experience I’ve EVER had while buying a vehicle. ALSO. Patrick, thank you to you as well. Those two absolutely made the entire process, amazing.

I wanted to write about the experience I had at this Dealer today. While we could not come to an agreement, I can not tell you how excellent the customer service I received was. Both the salesman Mike Kern and manager Patrick were very professional. They listed to what my needs were and actually tried their best to deliver. I do feel bed that we couldn't agree upon numbers and the very least I can do is write this review.

I don't usually leave reviews. Though, i had a great experience at Hendrick Toyota in North Charleston this afternoon/evening. Carter the sales rep was so cool, he seemed truly genuine, and went above an beyond. Also, Tyler the financial rep made the paperwork a breeze and was very friendly and helpful. I left with my dream truck!

Had to turn in my lease. Traci Martini reached out 2 months prior to arrange turn in amd to let me know she would be handling the transaction. She stayed in contact with me till the turn in date. She was awesome and made the drop fast and really easy. I had my 80 year old father with me and she understood to make it a smooth and easy process. Thanks Traci for all your help. You were great!!

I loathe the car buying process, but this time it was little to no stress thanks to Mr. Gabe & Mr.Tyler. Mr. Gabe asked me what I was looking for and I told him I wanted a car similar to what I had previously. Almost instantly he found one and the next day I went down to check it out. Car buying can be an all day process, but Mr. Gabe had me in and out within 2 1/2 hrs. I checked the car, drove it, then sat with Mr. Tyler to sign paperwork, and it was a wrap! I also want to note that Mr. Gabe was willing to pick me up to bring me to the dealership since I had no car. I thought that was the most kind and generous gesture ever. I appreciate the Hendricks team for helping me get back on the road again.
