When we arrived there was a 20-30 minute wait to be seated. Not do to it being busy, but due to staff shortage. Only 1 cook, and 1 server. Since we weren't in much of a hurry, we decided to wait. It took about 15 minutes to be seated. We were waited on within a few minutes. Our server was ending engaging, and personable. He apologized for our wait to be seated, and went on to tell us what items were not available, because of the lack of kitchen staff. We placed our order, and it was brought out rather quickly to our surprise. Food was hot 🔥 and delicious. I applaud 👏 the staff that was there during our visit. Our waiter keep the tables clean, for those who decided they didn't mind the wait either. Forgot to mention, the waiter was also the hostess greeting patrons in between, waiting tables, and busing tables. Thank you to the staff that actually decided to come into work!
Easy ordering online for pickup. Food came out right on time. Ordered full slab ribs, fries and a side salad + fried pickles. The pickles were crispy and crunchy. The salad had plenty of lettuce, cucumbers, croutons, diced tomatoes and red onions-ingredients tasted very fresh! The ribs were delicious, even had enough left for a 2nd meal. The fries were hit and miss. Some were limp and soggy while others were firm, not enough crunch for me. I like the organization is requesting patrons to round up their bill, donating the extra change to St Judes. Enough though I was unenthusiastic about the fries, the service and the rest of the food was great! Also picking up my order was easy. I received a text message and when I arrived I clicked on the link to indicate the parking spot I was in. Within minutes my order was in my car. Curbside pickup is located on the south side if the restaurant, facing 8 mile.
The burgers were great. Those Texas fries were awesome .. everything was just down right good
