This is my go-to when ordering pizza. I love the service, and the delivery drivers are all very friendly and courteous. Tonight, I had an issue, and I promptly called the store and spoke with the manager. It was explained to me that the delivery driver for tonight's order is new, and while the driver made the mistake of delivering the wrong order, the store would make a new order for me and deliver when it was ready. I am more than satisfied with that outcome, and will continue to order my pizza from here. People make mistakes all the time. Correct the mistake and move on. The store manager was completely professional and very courteous in handling the situation. I failed to get her name, but she was great! **Edit Store manager's name is Kirsten! She remade my food and delivered personally. This is why I will continue to buy my pizza from here!**

I have a very difficult pizza order and now I am a fan of pappadilas or however you spell it. For the two years I have lived here they always get my order correct! Tonight! I treated myself because football is back and they got my order correct! My address is messed up in their system and my delivery driver called and was courteous. I give them 10! Never a bad experience and they always go above and beyond...
