The collective wisdom of 9 reviews with 4.5 average guided us here, and I am happy to add a 5 to it. Good service, atmosphere, and food that is both tasty and plentiful. Also, convenient parking. What's not to like? PS. The Bandeja Fuego appetizer is excellent, but large - beware :) After plowing through it, we had to take most of the dinner as a take away :)
Was staying in fort Lauderdale Googled this place @ first I was hesitant to Eat here since the last few places my Sister & I were treated NOT very nice.. We walked in we were greeted by a Young lady named Summer.. she was absolutely the Best waitress I have ever had thru out our entire stay in Florida... I would RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!! Food was delicious.. Croquetas were on point!! Thank you again Summer!!
The food here is soooo good. I moved to broward five years ago and was sorely missing good cuban food. Everywhere I went was ok, but not Miami good. So when this placed open up up the street from us, I was hopeful. Since they opened, we go almost every other day. Food is terrific and the family that runs it is amazing.
I have eaten here at Fuego Latino Cuban Mexican Restaurant for nearly 2 years. The food is always great and their Tres Lechi dessert is awesome. I believe on Tues and Wed.s they have margaritas for $1.99 OLAY

Wow!!! Came here on a friday night and the place was packed. Our server Kenia was great. We asked her for recommendations and OMG was she spot on. My husband had the Skirt Steak with shrimp in green sauce which was amazing.. I kept eating pieces from my hubbys plate. I decided to go with the Fuego Fajitas (Chicken, steak & shrimp) and it was delcious & enough for 2 people, We were glad that we had leftovers for the next day. We made sure to try their Tres Leches and fried ice cream which was amazing. Simply put BEST CUBAN & MEXICAN FOOD IN SOUTH FLORIDA!!
Great menu variety, great salsa (Nelson makes it fresh daily), awesome Fried Yuca. They also have great daily specials. Try the Mojo Pork, it's ridiculously good. I highly recommend this place. It's out-freakin'-standing!
I loved the food here. This is still the best place in the Fort Lauderdale area for my favorite dish (lechon asado). Now its Yarumba, but still has great food and great service.
We had shrimp & fish dishes and they were fabulous! The service was excellent, great food, very hospitable people. Will definitely come again when in town!!!!!!!!!

My family and I eat here often when we feel for great latin food, and we love the food and its people! @ Da Cayote, Maybe you were rude to them first, we have never had an unpleasant time there.
Food is awesome. Me and my mom are here in vacation and and are tired of franchise restaurants and we came across this place and it was the most amazing place we have bin so far. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
