Crystal the manager is amazing! Great customer service every day. Crystal knows me by name and makes me feel at home. What a pleasure to be greeted by her friendly smile and great tasting coffee. They are very fast and efficient.
I had a everything bagel Egg Sausage sandwich with small cafe con Leche it was good! The staff was friendly. I ❤️ bagels 🥯 & my espresso ☕️ with milk! It’s a good fast breakfast treat !
I love the energy! Endria is courteous and generous with her attitude and attention to customer service. She also demonstrated having great communication and a relatedness with her team. I always get my “Caramel Craze Latte” and never have I ever had such a pleasure enjoying my favorite drink. I think I found my new hangout spot, especially when getting my oil change across the street at the Toyota Lipton.
Great customer service always clean and tidy. I use the conference room all the time which is always available when I need it I would’ve gave a five star but the phones don’t work.
I read the other reviews, some good and some bad. Customers are entitled to share their experience. Theres a line between opinion and complaining. That’s how it will be anywhere. I’m not here to discourage anyone or a business unless I am personally attacked. Waiting a long time isn’t a personal attack. There are solutions like the mobile app and ordering ahead for those who don’t want to wait. Or simply just go somewhere else’ if the service doesn’t meet your expectations. It’s interesting to read these reviews about how long customers wait and complain but they still choose to wait lol. I came to this location this morning and I was provided great customer service from Tamara and the staff worked efficiently. Tamara was very nice, knowledgeable and helpful to her peers. Thank you Tamara for your excellent customer service.
Tried that new flavor of the month
Non-dairy strawberry streusel. My daughter had hash browns and apple juice. I didn't like the taste of the hash browns 🤷🏾♀️
Lady at counter was very nice and friendly. Bathrooms and restroom were clean. Good atmosphere and best coffee.
Fast. Customer service is courteous. Order of breakfast: medium cup of coffee l - French vanilla w sugar & cream, toasted croissant w bacon and ham was accurate. Hot and yummy both 👍🏾☕🍞🥪
The lady behind the counter was so informative letting me know what they didn't have instead of letting me get my heart set on it so as they could break it! instead her guidance saved me from being disappointed. I will remember her as lashes as she had on these long lashes that made her eyes twinkle
