Not bad, not great, but fairly good for fast food and at least repeatable - I liked it. I enjoyed the char-broil flavor on the B.K. beef if nothing else. With the current deal of two whoppers for $6, it is a competitive burger option in the current market, at just $3 per sandwich - especially for whopper sandwich size. At least the burger patty when torn open reveals a somewhat crumbly texture that actually looks like ground beef (not a spongy slab of something that resembles hot dog meat). The outside of the patty, however, still gives a rather highly processed appearance by its smoothed texture - definitely not a fresh, hand-pattied burger (obviously). Toppings were quite fresh with only a couple small spots of wilting in the lettuce. The tomatoes were excellent quality (kudos!) and the onions were crispy and juicy as well. Nice. Drive up service at 8pm wasn't super speedy but at least the burgers all seemed fresh. The friendly interaction was also pleasant.
I love sitting down and eating my food, seldom will I go through a drive through.
The lobby here is always somewhat empty and I feel people may not share the same sentiment as I when it comes to having a meal, but every time I come here they are always busy with a line of cars. This isn’t a bad thing, the quietness and lack of screaming children helps the experience a lot. Personally I find the customer service here has always been great, and they are always super friendly. I was even comp’d a drink when I came with one of my friends, as I usually come alone and they probably noticed.
Attention to detail is a big thing and even though this is only a fast food joint: it is one of my favourite ones to go to for the kindness you can only get from people who care, both for the customer and the presentation of their product.
First time here. New whopper dog is amazing. Kid had the chicken rings, also great. Took 10 minutes to get food but it is lunch time and I rarely give 5 stars. We will be back. :)
