Atlantic Cod Filet Sandwich was fantastic as aways, my partner loved his Spicy Crispy Chicken Sandwich as well. Very friendly staff!
I had order some chicken tenders, the tenders we're good but the fries was cold . the greeter at the front desk was not very friendly I had to tell her how to greet and acknowledge your customers and she still had a terrible response. No good customers service something she needs to learn and work on . It also took over 15 minutes after I sat down before someone came to my table to bring water. Service is very slow . To be a top notch restaurant, you must have good customer service, friendly customers greeting is very important, the food must always be fresh and cook to the customers liking . Waiting on a meal should never be over 25mins I prefer for it to be less than 20mins. Waiters should always pe prompt and always Be professional when greeting and addressing customers. Over all Rating points...I give Lucky a 4 ...but the Restaurant could be a 5 Rating Restaurant...if these's problem could be address and maintained!
I'm not big on fast food, but I do love this place when we are out or don't want to cook. My favorites are chicken tenders and the mushroom Swiss burgers. I'm disappointed they don't have happy ho I r anymore where you could b1g1 shakes/concrete mixers.
Hadn't been to Culver's in years. Went inside to eat and was pleasantly surprised by the menu variety. Did you know they sell Rubens, beef pot roast sandwiches, pork loin sandwiches and even veggie burgers?! Also have mashed potatoes in addition to cheese curds and fries. Unfortunately didn't have room to try their frozen custard after eating my yummy fish sandwich. Did I mention the root beer floats? Definetely will be back!
My husband gets the butter burger deluxe and I get the grilled chicken. He says of all the drive throughs Culver's has the best burger and I can't find grilled chicken anywhere else.
Culver's is a Midwest staple restaurant, if you have never been then you're not a real Midwestern. Their smash burgers are excellent, especially for a fast food chain. And not to mention the amazing custard, without tasting this your life will never truly be complete.

What a great little place to eat with a super friendly staff. Every time I come here, there is a fantastic staff member always trying to make your day just that much better. Food is delicious. I love cheese curds so that's a win in itself for me. Even got one in the shape of a heart recently.
Clean facility with friendly staff. However my husband asked for extra mustard and extra pickle in his sandwich, yet he received extra mustard and ketchup and no pickles.
