Chick-fil-A is pretty much known for their consistent customer service and friendly employees...this location did not disappoint and as always met my expectations. Always smiling faces and friendly service. I ordered the mac and cheese and grilled nuggets, my order was hot and correct as ordered. The nugget sizes can be a little larger, but were still good.
Probably my favorite fast food chain. It is the only place where the employees always have a smile on their face, and the food is consistent in quality. The okemos location is no exception!
I always love going to Chick-Fil-A the best one in town. They always treat you like family and have the kindest people to greet you and take care of ya.
Very friendly staff and nice food with great gravy
First time at one of these restaurants. Incredibly busy but they moved people through very quickly. Food was fresh, hot, and delicious. Didn't seem like typical fast food. Will return again.
On this visit, the waffle fries were fresh and delish, but the fried chicken patty was not crispy, just ok tasting. They were super busy, as usual, so there was a bit of a wait. If you eat in, they bring the food out to you. No lobby drink station.
Tried the new Pimento chicken sandwich. It was definitely good. The caramel shake was great, too. Although it was busy and on a game day, they kept the lines and customers moving. They're working hard at this location.
Decent experience...loved the milk shakes & the chicekn2strips n the juicy tender chicken..but wasnt a big fan of their mac n cheese def Paneras mac n cheese ne day over this!+++!! Liked their waffle fries a lot..but still wouldnt put it as my #go to on a hunger craving day but will definitely go back when i crave it!!!
Don't be deterred by the long drive-thru line. They always cruise through it faster than you think.
Service was excellent, I had tenders and a peppermint shake wife had nuggets and waffle fries. Food was hot fast and amazing.
