The food was great but confused on the breakfast gravy because what the waitress said differs from what it says online. The electricity went out for a minute so with part of our order it did not go through and had to wait 20 minutes but told we would not have to pay for that because of the wait and issues but when we went to pay they did charge us. One thing that was very distracting was the amount of dust that was on the woven walls. With my allergies I was a little concerned but was fine. I have a disability and asked for a bag in order to be able to walk with my leftovers and a waitress told me to walk over to the store side and grab one and only after she saw me moving with my walker did she offer to get it when it was literally less than 10 steps away from her but she was not our waitress so maybe that's why. Our waitress was Wendy. She was very nice, polite and did good work even with the electricity hiccup. The food was great. Breakfast is my favorite part of the menu. I tried the watermelon lemonade and I loved it. If you have a sweet tooth you will too.
Breakfast was delicious. Fresh coffee. And our server, Carly, was the kindest human we have met in a long time. Thank you!!
We have always enjoyed the food from here. It’s always fresh and delicious. Our server Mir, was awesome! Very kind and attentive to everyone in her area. The atmosphere is just so homey and comfy cozy.
I came here for an earlier morning breakfast with some of my family and had a very enjoyable time. We were seated very quickly and got coffees pretty quickly. The waitress struggled just a little bit with our orders, but the food was very good and about what you would expect for Cracker Barrel. I always love the atmosphere of Cracker Barrel’s, and this was a good way to start my morning. I’d definitely come back in the future.
Everything was Great. The waiter was alittle stand offish but attentive. Food delicious and hot ordered the maple bacon grilled chicken. But the issue i had was checking out I would of checkout out by phone but I also wanted to buy something in the shop. It literally took 15 mins a gentleman was really occupying the cashier for a I feel unnecessary time it was frustrating to say the least. Overall tho really good 👍
First time being at this one, I've actually gotten very good fried chicken at this Cracker Barrel, and the sides could be a tad bigger, but that's ok. My husband's country fried steak was very good, he said. The service was very good. Our regular server and one other came to check if we needed anything else.
Had breakfast here on my way up north. It was good and the staff was friendly. I got the egg sandwich with hash browns. It was okay, the hash browns could have been cooked more. I asked for over medium eggs but they were made over easy. I’m not picky so I didn’t send it back. It was a good breakfast and it filled me up. Plus the waitress always made sure my coffee was full so that was nice.
Our group of 10 family members of all ages dined at the Okemos store last night, Nov.11, 2023. We had the most wonderful time. They seated our group quickly. The waitress, Madison, was just a joy. She fulfilled all of our many requests and always with a big smile! The food was excellent! My husband has been sick for months and we were looking forward to when we'd be able to go to CB for some fried catfish, and all our fav vegetables. They were delicious and I can say our younger people enjoyed every minute and the food. My daughter and I did some shopping and she found a beautiful poncho at a more than reasonable price. The Christmas trees were gorgeous, and the many beautiful Christmas items were great and with great prices! It was a wonderful memorable evening and one I know our family will talk about for a long time. Well done, Cracker Barrel staff and cooks.👏👏👍👍

She was welcoming, thoughtful and kind. From our initial interaction to our very last Taylor was amazing. She treated all her Customers with the same thoughtful attention and care.
My breakfast was delicious, coffee was Hot and Full.
Taylor's love of her job and forward thinking made my experience one I will not forget.

I ordered Thanksgiving Dinner. Turkey was very moist. I would have preferred corn over green beans. I ordered a whole Pecan pie and devoured it in 3 days (with sneaky help). I would definitely order a holiday meal again.
