Biscuits were really good. Perfect balance of crisp outside and soft biscuit. And really peppery. Hash browns were super yummy too! Was crowded, but worth the wait and service was efficient.
Only have one complaint so let's get that out of the way first. I personally don't like loud music at 8a.m. in the morning. So loud it is difficult to hear the others at your table. Didn't know I was going to a night club for breakfast. But with that being said, they do have amazing food there. There is no complaint from me about any of their biscuits choices. It looked very clean and love the style of their establishment. If I was to go back I more than likely will not dine In do to the music, especially for breakfast. But in the end I would recommend this to anyone looking for great food.
Great biscuits with a twist. The menu may be limited, but what I've had so far has been great. The biscuits are more substantial than what you might be expecting, which helps them to hold together the other delicious ingredients. The staff is friendly and the location is great. When the weather is nice, their patio will be a prime place for a relaxing outdoor breakfast or brunch.
Bonus tip: I had never heard of Yellowbird hot sauces, but Buttermilk features a few of them and they are delicious. Try them on your next slider.
Great biscuits and great portions. The sandwiches are massive. The hashbrown bites are tasty and the portion is big enough to be shared. I wish we would have known that before hand because we had so many left over when we were done. I definitely left full and will be going back. Came back and had the biscuit debris this time! Amazing!
Absolutely love local places and enjoying eating at them to help keep them in business for sure. Biscuits pictured here are bacon ranch and the hot chicken. Both were very delicious in flavor biscuits were nice and didn’t crumble all over the place they held together. My only complaint was for such a small place the music was up way to loud but I walked up asked nicely if they would turn it down. They apologized and said they were working on getting the volume down and once they got it working the noise level was reduced dramatically. I do thank them for that the staff was very nice
I met a friend at Buttermilk for brunch on a Saturday. At first glance, I admit I balked at the prices ($8 for a breakfast biscuit?!), but once my food arrived I forgot all about the price. The size of the BEC (bacon egg cheese) biscuit was large, and the quality was inarguably worth the money. A $4 order of hashbrown bites is also cost efficient, and large enough to easily share between 2-3 people. My friend ordered the buttermilk debris and also enjoyed her food quite a bit. The atmosphere and branding made for a pleasant environment and all of the employees were friendly as well. I can't wait to return and try more of the menu selections!!
James and the staff were great, flow of the restaurant was congested, could tell kitchen was in the weeds, so waiting time was long (40 min). After receiving our meal, food was good but not waiting 40 min good.
The biscuit was excellent, crisp on the outside yet soft in the center. The chicken was great & the coffee was good.
Great place to get a delicious breakfast/brunch in the Paseo! Biscuits are delicious and the portions a great for the price point. Definitely a place worth going to eat breakfast if wanting a great tasting biscuit sandwich!
Huge biscuit, sausage patty the size of a 1/3 pound burger! This thing lasted me all day! Modern and comfortable atmosphere.
These new biscuit debris things are awesome! I didn't give it 5 stars because I felt it was a little pricey for fancy biscuits.
