This is an older Braum's. It could be remodeled but it's clean and kept up. It's also smaller than the newer ones so the selection isn't as big. The employees are always friendly. I order my food special because of food allergies and sodium restrictions and they usually get it correct with no problems.
Really liked it & really loved the taste of the food, we're definitely going back, haven't been there in a LONG time. Thankfully they saved themselves from the odd bad food & slump they had slid into for a while there. One of the FEW Jems that survived the Lockdowns. I'm so GLAD! =-)!
My wife and I come here all the time. It’s a great location and they always provide the classic Braums experience. Sometimes the service is a little slow or just plain weird but it usually works out perfectly!
I ordered a double banana fudge sundae made with cherries pecan ice cream no almonds. I received a brownie fudge sundae with cherries pecan ice cream no almonds. I did not notice till arrived home and started eating. Wouldn't have been sooo bad except brownie was hard. I only ate ice cream and hot fudge. My ticket did say banana fudge sundae 🤷🏽♀️
I've had a lot of issues with this particular location, except for in the market. This morning, however, was a completely different experience. The breakfast was hot, fresh, and delicious! Thank you for changing my mind about your store! 😁
Would have given it a 5 star, but the person at the drive threw tried giving me a drink that was leaking all down my car door. And when I asked for a clean one, it was like it was an inconvenience . He just wiped it with a napkin and handed it to me. It was sticky and still dripping.
My experience with the Braums on NW Expressway and Harvest Hills was one of kindness and gratitude.
I had purchased a gallon of milk that day, put it in my car, and forgot it was in there until 5 hours later. (Senior moment)
I called Braums and told them what I had done and asked if they would be willing to swap it out for me. She asked her manager if she could ; the manager said, "yes" this one time. I was so grateful. Sometimes when companies show a little empathy to their customers, it goes a long way in customers patronizing their business.
When I returned the milk, I was greeted by two very nice young workers. Because I had a foot injury, one carried the new gallon of milk out to the car for me. It turned out to be a good day after all.
The assistant manger savanah was so kind enough to help outside of the braums building , while having car difficulty! def a wonderful person , so glad to have people like her out here!
The food here is always fresh, the customer service is decent but could use some work. The worker was visually upset that I was on my phone when she opened the window initially, which was a mistake on my side. Other then that, the experiences have always been amazing and they always make the food correctly and fresh!
