I like the low-key atmosphere and surprisingly gourmet food. I can tell the chefs have professional training in food preparation. They send out an incredible entrées from a open kitchen that is the size of a small closet! Although the menu is heavy on meat-based items which I don't care for I can always find some type of a lighter fare there like crabcakes, ravioli or salads. Plan on getting a reservation for a weekend evening. Love the brews! IPA is favorite.

Lisa and I have been to Dillinger’s 8 or 10 times. The service has always been great (this is not fast food people). The cocktail are fabulous (they make the best Last Word in the South Sound). The food is clever and well prepared. We will continue to stop by.

I was absolutely blown away by the staff, food, & drinks! I can't believe I've grown up in Oly and this past month was the first time I stepped foot in Dillinger's. Smooth and romantic atmosphere with a well blended staff. I had a sirloin steak and it went down as one of the best meals I've had my whole life. The Caribbean Punch was on point as well! 5 Stars!!
