Always helpful staff, and have helped me with a few different appliance purchases. James in appliances is so nice and helpful, and we’ve been happy with everything we’ve gotten from there. Recently bought a washer and dryer from them, and the dryer came dented. They were more than accommodating to take care of us. I’ll be back!

Phenomenal experience with Bryan and Steven on the yard department. They were awesome and explained to us how to use the equipment we just bought which were electric trimmer and lawnmower. Good team and Lowe's do offer a military discount just come see this guys at Lowes you will be glad you came here.

I bought two appliances to be delivered/installed. Basically, the process was a complete fiasco and out of exasperation sought refunds. But, after going through the issues with the fellow in charge, he fixed the issues and he fulfilled all the promises given during the process and honored the word of his staff. I have shopped here for 17 years, 95% of the time without an issue, and I certainly will shop elsewhere if poorly treated. But, they have now met my expectations to the letter and have kept me as a customer. Great job.
