Service was excellent even though it was busy there for the lunch crowd. Food was good as always and reasonably price! Always have a great experience at Cracker Barrel!
First time I've eaten at the Cracker Barrel. Excellent service and food. Our waitress (A.K.) had a great personality. Will be going back anytime we go to Omaha.
Awkwardly long wait as our server was overly taking care of a table that was singing his praises while the rest of us peasants waited anxiously for his grace to bless us with taking our order. He was nice and cordial with us when we finally got service.
Food was tasty and hot, just like your mom. Had grandpas breakfast. The chicken fried steak wasn’t amazing but it was ok. Biscuits and gravy were decent and so was the eggs and hash browns.
Decent experience.
Took one of my best friends today and we were so blessed. The food was great and they were really busy! Love their Christmas decor. Even bought a sweater!!
Another great experience with this location: great tasting food and excellent service. My food was just like I ordered it and tasted great. The biscuits were hot and fresh which is my favorite part of my meal each time. I went with the strawberry mimosa this time, and it was refreshing. Our server was in training, but both ladies assisting us were super friendly and checked on us in a timely manner each time.
Visited with my partner and his grandma. We all hadn't been to a Cracker Barrel in almost a decade. We got seated right away, which was surprising for lunch on Sunday. My order (buttermilk buffalo ranch mac n cheese) arrived hot and tasted so delicious. However, both their meals arrived cold, and one order even missed the steak it was supposed to include! Their corn bread and biscuits came perfectly warmed and with a generous amount of butter and jam. So, we had a bit of a mixed experience here. 🧈
I’ve never had a bad experience here. Usually when I come I get the grandma’s breakfast sampler because it has everything you could ever want for breakfast. This last time however, I decided to mix it up. I decided to try out the chicken and dumplings for the first time, and holy moly boy was good! The service was incredible, my server Noel was on top of everything and got me whatever I needed with a smile. All in all this is a fantastic place to eat at anytime of the day, their menu includes something for all tastes no matter what time of the day it is.
Took my kids to Cracker Barrel as a treat last night and it was a disaster! Waited 20 minutes for our waitress who then delivered our beverages in styrofoam cups because they had run out of regular ones. Ordered our food and waited 50 minutes for it to arrive! My so. Was the only one who enjoyed his supper(he had fried chicken.) My daughter ordered the Chicken and dumplings. The chicken was dry and the “sauce,” was watery and tasteless. I ordered the Country fried steak,mashed potatoes,and greens. DISGUSTING!!!! We had to ask for refills on drinks and… not a pleasant experience whatsoever. So disappointed 😞 Won’t be back to eat for awhile, but will buy some Christmas presents
The food is always so good and the staff is great. This location is nice and clean and the store is always full of goodies to look at while you wait. Love the ability to get in line online.
Arick was our server and did a remarkable job! Order was correct and prompt! Our beverages never ran dry and he PREBUSSED!!! 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽 KEEP UP THE GREAT JOB! Always a good meal!
My table was dirty and sticky, but other than that, the experience was good. While shopping, different staff would ask if they could help take stuff to the counter to save for us. Check out for souvenirs could be better... one cashier and 6 guests waiting to pay.
Tis the season for the turkey fried cutlet, dinner. They were still serving breakfast but I asked if we could order dinner as we had our hearts were set on this fantastic meal. Did not disappoint. Out server was fantastic. Will be back before this meal option ends.
