I am not sure of the lady's name who was the drive-thru manager on Labor Day tonight I am pregnant though and my baby wanted onion rings from Burger King and I showed up 10 minutes before they closed and I felt super bad about it because I have worked in the food industry for for 20 years and I apologize to her about coming 10 minutes before they close cuz I understood and I so bad and she was the most sweetest lady I have ever come across at Burger King this particular Burger King ever in life and she has great customer service skills and she's very understanding and she's very sweet but I just had to write a review for her so thank you
This is my favorite location! They are usually short staffed therefore the wait is longer than normal however the staff are still amazing! They are kind, lighthearted, efficient, and they process orders as fast as they can. They put up with a lot of bs but never take it out on the customers. I have had several pleasant encounters with management as well. Love my neighborhood Burger King!
Excellent location. My food came out quickly, it was hot & fresh, and the inside of the place was clean and tidy. But more important than that, all the staff was very friendly and pleasant to interact with. They had a good team here when I came in. Seeing them interact with the other customers let me know that I didn't get any special treatment; that's just how these ladies are.

Good food, good customer service and the order was right!! Only problem, it was so slow. Waited for about 35 minutes in the drive through. I think only 2 workers. Burger King as a whole corporation, you better get with it. You budgeted for a whole team so those 2 workers should get paid a whole team wages. Nobody wants to see Burger King go extinct but if you don't figure out your staffing issues, the only Burger crowned will be at McDonalds. Js
I went to bk today for lunch. It was 4 ladies that had wonderful customer service, and the food was fresh, and hot. The young lady that waited on me at countrr. She was very polite. Thanks Ladies.2 thumbs up..

There customer service has been the best me and my son come here all the time it three young men who work there who are polite and nice, even when the line was long and they were short staff they still apologize for the wait, we normal come around after school hours or nite, I wish I knew there name but wants fine out will make another review.
Used the drive-thru on this particular trip... The gentleman at the window was a very patient and cool individual as the Karen that wasdriving the car in front of me was lettin him have it about taking too long n she used to work at bk and blah blah blah...so props to him and his crew...food was good, service was great...cant expect much more from a fast food place so there you have it.
Order was hot and accurate. Service was swift and friendly. Offered my dog a chicken nugget Wich he thankfully accepted. Awesome service and staff
We were trying to get a paper receipt for our order. The clerk told us the cash register is not working properly to print out a receipt but could take a picture with my phone. I think she was very nice to offer.
I got home and called the restaurant back because my grandson told me he needed a paper receipt for the contest to win the PS5. He wanted the restaurant number so when I called sounded like the same clerk I had talked to when I was in the drive through. She happily gave me the # and bidded me a nice day.
