Sadly, I never caught their name, but twice my significant other and I have come here close to when the location is supposed to be closed down (which I'm so sorry that this happens) because we get off of our jobs late into the night. The server who was working on the first visit was the highlight of our entire day-she was incredibly sweet and because they had a little bit left over, she gave us some extra fries to take home with us (since I believe it was just her by that point) and she was trying to close things down.
I feel bad that we've never caught her name, but she's been working both times that we've grabbed our late dinner-she deserves a raise/promotion/whatever you could possibly offer her, because she deserves it.
Again, I feel incredibly bad that we have come both times when it's very close to closing-but she's amazing! ^.^
Picked up lunch today and wanted to shout out the BK team for a job well done. The service was friendly and the food was good. I know they are struggling with staffing issues like SO many places but leaving negative reviews because you couldn’t order food exactly when you wanted is so tone deaf and will not help their situation. The level of entitlement in these incredibly unempathetic people is astounding. They are a huge part of the problem so I hope they are ready to do their own cooking as more and more places close up shop because no one wants to deal with these types of customers anymore.

Amazing new food menu. Love the new options. Have to get the New Italian Crispy Chicken sandwich. Fries ALWAYS FRESH! SANDWICHES ALSO ARE ALWAYS FRESH! Employees are so friendly and kind and courteous. 😁
Don’t hit BK very often, but I went to this location for a little change. Was served by a very pleasant young girl at the window. Also, the food was better than I expected (or remembered). Just want to say thanks! Keep up the great work y’all.
They only had 2 people working this evening and they rocked it!! We got our food fast, the order was correct and they did it with a smile! Way to go night shift 6-22-22 !
Store was clean. Staff was great. The food was better than I have received in other BKs. The impossible whopper was pretty good.

No problems. Friendly staff. They all need a raise. Maybe you could attract more applications if you paid a better wage. Then you wouldn't have to close so early.
