i gave 5 stars because i cant complain about anything, however my hand is swollen so im calling them this morning to check on it. i arrived an hour before they closed. there was no one waiting and they took me right away. the whole staff was really courteous. Didnt have a problem that they were so close to closing, but did mention they lock the doors 15 minutes before they close. so please take note of that. i had a laceration on my lower arm and they gave me 7 stitches. i was told to come back in 7 days to have them removed. the only care directions given were to not get the stitches wet. i work in an office so im hoping all the movement required of me is ok. The next day i even received a follow up call to check on my progress, so i thought that was really professional, yet thoughtful. i really wish everybody could have the same experience i had. as far as cost goes, i would have paid at least triple at the e.r. i dont have insurance so i had to pay upfront. well worth it.
