went today on a crowded Saturday afternoon. there was a 20mn wait but went quickly. our server was polite and efficient. We ordered burgers, mine was lowcarb in a lettuce bun. with a side salad. it was prepared well, had great taste. overall i had a good experience.

Turbo Turd

I’m not a fan of corporate dining, but still have love for Red Robin. The burgers are actually great and the fries are bottomless. The service is generally above average and you can’t go wrong with the milkshakes. Parking is a disaster and the place is usually very busy. Give yourself some extra time if you’re going there before hitting up Regal.

The first time I went there, it was fairly busy but my sister and I did not have to wait long before being seated. With that said, once we were seated, we ordered root beer floats and impossible burger with sweet potato fries. The root beer floats had to much ice cream and not enough root beer. So, we asked our waiter to take the root beer floats off our bill and he did. Despite doing that, the service received was not the best. Our waiter never checked up on us after we received our food and so I wasn’t able to ask for some water. Other than that, my experience at Red Robin that time was good. Other times I went to Red Robin, I placed my order for pickup. Picking up my food has been a smooth process since my food is ready when I get there. I will say the workers up front are not the best since often times they are on their phones or talking to each other.
