Love this place! Healthy and delicious options. We had the overnight oats bowl and the egg avocado bowl. And even though it was breakfast time, we had to try the “nice cream” (cashew based, I believe). Everything we ordered was great!
Aubergine is a go-to place for me! So many delicious options made from high quality clean ingredients I can trust. The chicken cauli risotto bowl and vitality bowl are my faves. I was super excited to see they are doing a collab with Just Ingredients using their protein powder for a cocoa mint smoothie. Tried it today and it was SOOOO GOOD!! Tastes like a treat, but with no sugar added, and leaves my body feeling good. Also the brazilian cheese bread here is divine!!!!
Omg love this healthy variety of absolute yimminess!!! Never been but I would love y'all to come to the East Coast!!! I finished my bowl with no guilt, and feel great. I got the Thai bowl.

We were looking for something healthy and this hit the spot. They have so many options or you can build your own power bowl or salad. We had the dips with pita bread, chicken power bowl and a chicken curry. Everything was delicious and the portions are big.
Really good food, healthy and Delicious. If it is your first time there it may be hard to choose as the plates might look the same. Thankfully the cashier was very helpful and helped me choose. It was not a fun of the drinks, I don't like stevia in my drinks or desserts, they should offer honey instead.
Order at counter, delicious but healthy food!! Vegan, vegetarian, options for everyone. Acai bowl and harvest chicken bowl were both incredible!!
The cheesebread is so delicious and comes with every salad and bowl. I love the tri-tip and the fish bowls. The potatoes and sweet potatoes are always baked just right. The brussel sprouts weren't too charred.
All around a healthy go-to place!
We love aubergine! Just real food, the way food should be! It’s great to have a quick option you can actually feel good about, and that’s delicious on top of it!
This place has been great. I love it. But I’m a little disappointed. I got the vegan Mac and cheese, and it was incredibly dry—like there was no sauce, just noodles. I’ve purchased it before and it was amazing. If it wasn’t great quality because it was the end of the night, I would have rather had the employees tell me that than sell it to me for $10. Didn’t know until I got home since it was to-go. I’ve loved getting food here, but I’m pretty frugal and don’t throw my money just anywhere. Would love more consistency.
Aubergine Kitchen is my absolute favorite. They are so committed to only serving quality ingredients that they don't even sell soft drinks which are big money makers for restaurants. I hope more restaurants follow their lead. Delicious food (real food!) and the cookie was good too!
