Utah . I highly suggest the Las Vegas roll . Favorite dish . They are such a good price !! Love it
Great sushi and bento boxes. You can get 2 regular rolls and miso or salad for lunch and it is only $10.00! Never had a bad meal or experience.
Went there for lunch today. Great service, huge portions (at least compared to Bento boxes I've had at other restaurants), reasonable prices, and a nice cozy atmosphere. The bento boxes, the rols, and the mochi ice cream we ordered were delicious. We'll definitely be back.
I love Shoga so I was super excited to see that the relocated around the corner. Hopefully the space will be a little bigger. I can't wait to eat my favorite tuna ( tataki)
Went this evening place was boarded up. No sign or information.
Good gyoza, dull yakisoba. Can't elaborate much beyond the title. The gyoza were good; nice crust, tender skin, flavorful filling, and a nice vinegar-soy dipping sauce. The yakisoba was pretty bland. Not bad, but pretty forgettable. Probably should have had the sushi.
Service was quick and efficient.
Great food ok service.. Excellent food overall. I really enjoy my time there. however the service isn't the best.
Great for lunch. They have a lunch special that can't be beat. Two rolls and miso soup (their soup is top notch as well) for under $10. Their rolls have been consistently tasty and beat the other nearby "All You Can Eat" places in quality.
Great place if you're craving sushi for lunch and you're in the area.
Shoga is great. The restaurant was clean and appealing, the food was awesome, and the service was good. I would highly recommend it to those looking for good sushi.
We ordered two drinks, two sushi, two salads and two soups. Water, coke along with the Salmon Crunch, and Vegas roll with two squid salads, and two miso soups. It was amazing, each sushi was beautiful and delicious. Service was fast and friendly but I wasn’t too sure on how to spell her name. Although the restaurant is slightly hidden the inside is very beautiful I noticed it decorates for certain holidays. Great find, would eat here again.
We were looking for a new sushi place to try for my birthday and this place did not disappoint! I was happy to hear they had vegetarian sushi options, and both of the veggie rolls I got were delicious. I tried the "Veggie Freestyle" (I hope I'm remembering that name right) which did not give me a choice of sushi roll, but was more of a "chef's pick". Even though I did not get a choice of which kind of veggie roll I got, both rolls I received were delicious and had a lot of variety of flavors that paired well together. The atmosphere with the fairy lights across the ceiling was also really fun and overall we will definitely be coming back next time we go out for sushi.
The staff here was amazing. The sushi chef took very good care of me. The Box meal with blue fin, Hamachi belly, wagyu, and uni was a treat. There was even some smoked and seared salmon. One of the best sushi restaurants I've been to in quite sometime.

We reserved the seat because it was Saturday night. We got to our seat pretty quickly! Although we were tight close to the couple right next to us, and huge group right next to my husband😵💫
We preferred previous seat setting they had where you could be in the booth seating.
The food was really good. Although they messed our sushi.. they swapped the top fish to the wrong ones. (Playboy should have the deep fried shrimp with tuna and tobiko. And citrus roll should be with California roll) it tasted really different and didn’t like it. But we didn’t bother to tell the waiter since she was sweet girl & it was busy night. But definitely disappointed..
Katsu curry was HUGE & we love croquettes!
Not fan of squid salad & karaage though.
This place tastes amazing. If you love sushi and don't mine paying a higher price for higher quality sushi this is the place to go. This is a perfect date night with the wife. If you Vegan or allergic to shell fish don't worry cause this place has amazing veggie roll options. My wife is allergic to shell fish and she is able to enjoy her sushi here because of the great sushi Chefs and food they make. Thanks guys keep up the great work!
Great atmosphere and good service. The appetizers were fantastic, very crispy and golden brown. Dipping sauces were delicious as well. All of the sushi rolls we tried were to die for. Overall an amazing place.
Loved coming back for the tasty Japanese food when we visit Provo. Sushi was fresh and the bowl of udon noodles was very filling. Soup tasted a tiny bit salty this time but still delicious.
My husband and I love coming here! It’s been our fav sushi spot for years now. They always have high quality fish, the sushi fillings have a perfect ration to rice and fish, and the fish literally melts in your mouth. If you’re not a big sushi fan, they also have an entree menu. The katsu curry is my fav on this. A huge portion of the crispiest pork and tastiest curry. It even tastes amazing reheated at home. The waitstaff are also super polite! I love that they aren’t bugging you constantly during the meal, but are on top of getting refills and extra orders. The perfect balance.
I'm not a fan of sushi, but our kids love it. I had the salmon and strawberry salad, and it was great. Everyone loved their food. Only negative is the price. We would love to go more often, but it's a 'once in awhile', place to eat. They were great with the kids, ages 5-12. Very personable staff.
Awesome place, always clean and service is great! They do make a mean sushi roll! Lunch specials are good too! You won't be disappointed!
