We came in today (been a couple of times) but today was amazing! We placed our order and CC the cashier was extra amazing! So kind answered all our questions! And got our food out fast! With zero errors! The place was clean and the booths were comfortable! We also talked to Abe the manager and he was so cool! And nice! Definitely plan on coming back!!
Smashburgers is one of the best tasting flavorful burgers in the county! The staff is pleasant, it's nice and comfortable to go sit and enjoy a meal. The fries and the burgers are some of the best herb and seasoned food I have had in a while. I have had the the All American Smashburger, Beehive (Honey BBQ) Smashburger and the Buffalo Blue Smashburger. All were very good. They do have different kinds of meat but we stick with the beef. The shakes are pretty good but we don't always have room. It is not cheap but very worth it!
You can get your chicken sandwich without a bun, plus extra spinach and have a pretty good salad type meal. The Smash Pass is an incredible value. They typically offer it Q4 of a given year. $100 for 100 days of an entrée of your choice, including premium burgers, chicken sandwiches, and salads. The shakes here are a little pricey, but excellent. They also offer a generous Rewards program via the Smashburger app.
The spicy baja burger is very tasty and cooked just right. They went out of their way to do a nice presentation for it too, though it might have been because they weren't very busy. It is among the more expensive burger places, but still reasonable at $6-7 for a burger.
Another reviewer said that it was dirty but it looked impeccable when I was there.
Great service and great food. The black bean burger is to die for. Make sure to make it extra saucy and you have yourself a gourmet burger on your hands! Chef’s special. Oh! And don’t forget to take a strong man “smash” pose while you’re there. ;)
Love their Smashfries!! The Chicken Baja and BLT are my go to. The shakes are so good too. You just can't really go wrong here.
One of my favorite food stops. The build your own burger is awesome, the toppings add so much to the flavor. Their smash fries are hands down my favorite. I decided to try their shakes last time I went, so good! Try their coffee shake you won't be disappointed. Until it is gone.
I love the burgers here. They're not greasy and the quality of ingredients are great. There's also a lot of variety--I like to build my own burger so I get exactly what I like.
The rosemary fries are delicious: very well seasoned. My husband also loves the fried pickles here.
The employees are very nice, accommodating, and ready to talk to.
But I give this place four stars because the tables are always dirty. They're not filthy, but they are covered in crumbs and some grease smears. This is understandable when the restaurant is busy (and they can get very busy), but we often come in during slow times to find the tables dirty and the employees standing around talking.
The food is really good, but there are a few complaints. The service was fairly slow and part of my order was forgotten. Also, the restaurant was uncomfortably warm inside. My order was quickly fixed though and the food was really great. Smash fries are reason enough to go here. I would say that Smashburger is comparable to In-and-Out but has better variety.
The fries at this place were super good, especially the Smash Fries and the sweet potato fries. The olive oil and seasonings and sauce are what made this place great. The wait took forever though, so don't expect fast food, but it's worth the wait. They actually forgot to give me my fries at first. They were really understanding when I showed them my receipt, and I think they gave me more fries in the end because of that.
