As a born and raised New Yorker, I'm very picky when it comes to pizza and especially pizza that claims to be "New York Style". There are plenty of places that try but Lucy's gets it right! The dough, sauce, cheese, bake and SIZE of the slices are on point for New York pizza. We really love the lunch special too. For the amount you pay and the amount of food you get, it's a better deal than anything you could get at a fast food place.
This place is a hidden gem. I would recommend it to anyone in the mood for great pizza. I had the CBC pizza (Chicken, Bacon, White Sauce) and it was some of the best pizza I've ever had.
Lucy's New York style pizza is definitely a fine place to dine I came here with a group of my missionary buddies and we all sat down and ate their pizza. I got a Buffalo chicken pizza and it was probably the best pizza that I've had in a long time. The wait time was definitely worth it. Their pizzas are definitely on the pricier side but again it's worth it because it's good. If you miss having real, genuine pizza I would recommend going here. I wish I could come here more often but I can't afford that. Also the staff are very kind and super cool too. Keep it up!
The best!! Their traditional wings have the best flavor. Love their pizza! We drive up from Mapleton just for this location!! Always friendly and delicious. Carmen, the girl working the front, was super helpful and friendly! She got us to try the new flavor of the month and we loved it! The game changer
I've been here twice now. I had a coupon with me and got 2 pizzas for the price of one. Even if I didn't have that, I think that the prices are quite fair for the quality and quantity of food that you're getting. Also! The staff was so kind. We split our two pizzas into 4 different flavors. Each one was unique and flavorful. As we were trying our pizza, one of the staff offered us a sample of a new menu item that I absolutely loved. In all, I'd highly recommend this place to others.
This pizza was delicious! Thin crust that was tasty and excellent sauce. They offer a lunch special, however ; we ordered a whole pie for leftovers.
Our server suggested we try the Firesticks, those are awesome if you like a little spice in your life! They also had really good Ranch for a dipping sauce.
Our server was great, the pizza was wood fired and excellent. I suggest you check it out for yourself!
Lucy's is the New York-style pizza place of my dreams in Utah Valley! Their pizza is so good, I think I might need to move in next door just to be closer to it.
The crust is perfectly crispy and chewy, and the toppings are fresh and flavorful. It's like they've unlocked the secrets to the universe of pizza.
The pizza here is really good and legit style New York pizza which is hard to find in Utah! It’s a little pricey but not bad. Service was not great when I went which was 9pm Saturday. They kicked me out of my booth saying the section was closed which was a little lame and I had to wait a long time which is why it’s 4 stars instead of 5 but it’s really good and definitely worth a try if you enjoy NY style pizza
Great little pizzeria. During the dinner rush, the wait to get our food was a bit longer than we would have liked. However, service was incredibly kind, pizza was classically tasty, and restaurant was clean. Great prices too, especially if you have the local starving student card coupons.
Finally found a place that taste like pizza from back home (NJ). The cheese and crust are so good, I just wish the pizza was a little firmer instead of flimsy towards the front. This place is definitely “NY Style” APPROVED. The wings were pretty good too. I’ll be back.
I love Lucy(‘s) - my family and I have been coming here for years and it’s always been incredible! However, I haven’t been in about a year. A few things have changed…. No wait to be seated (no big deal) no olives and oil with order (kind of bummed) but no plates and silverware with the food is a little lazy. They do have a spot with paper plates and napkins. All of the aforementioned things are not a huge deal and I’m being picky, but the issue I did have is ordering a beer and it coming out half full of foam and after letting it settle it was a legit half beer. I understand not knowing how to pour beer let alone from the tap so it’s understandable. I did. Ask for the beer to be topped off and it was just replaced with a new beer that was almost full. So thank you for a beer and a half and for the amazing food! Maybe get a little training on pouring beer and maybe go back to how you used to be ! But I will still support you and eat your pizza. 5 stars still even with my rant. Cheers
Friendly staff, clean restaurant. Ordered 2 slices, got a whole pie which was nice of them to do. Pizza is of true NY fashion (big, thin, cheesy, slice). As Dave Portnoy would say "good undercarriage", good crisp, good flavor. I'd give it a 7.9, which is pretty good for not being on the east coast. Overall great experience, great pizza!🍕
