I use to think the place I went to in Idaho was amazing sushi.........then I went to Itto in Utah. Now I have to drive all the way to Utah to eat sushi because nothing I have found compares to the amazing sushi that Itto serves. Amazing!!
Itto is a great place to eat sushi and other Asian dishes. The variety and specials are amazing and are prepared pretty quickly. There's a dish for any taste you're looking for. It is a little more pricey, but you do get quality dishes. It cost me and my wife about $70 for 5 sushi dishes, water, and a tip. Service was very friendly and always made sure we got what we needed. The only negative I have to say is the cleanliness could use improving. There was trash everywhere, and none of the workers seemed to care about keeping the place spotless.
My husband took pride in telling me that this place has one of the best sushi ever! And I have to admit, he wasn't wrong. The vibe inside was nice too!
I was amazed with the blue fire on my sushi! Lol. But it taste so good. The price was of course a little bit pricey, I think it was worth a try. :)
Great selection of sushi! We enjoyed the Hollywood roll, Romeo and Juliet, Alaskan, Scalps Dream and a bento box. Our waiter was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. Very relaxed atmosphere and mochi ice cream for dessert was a table favorite.

My wife and really like it here! We typically get the Hokkaido roll and the Sushi Vampire roll. Service is friendly and they can typically get your food ready pretty quickly. You might need to wait bit on busy nights both to get in and for your order. Absolutely worth it, though.
My family and I went to happy hour (Tuesday from 5pm - 9pm) which featured half price sushi rolls and they were great. They were very accommodating to our group of 6 and seated us very fast. The sushi was delicious, but not the best in Utah county. Overall I had a great experience and would recommend it in the future for an affordable and fun dinner with friends or family.
We went during Happy Hour on a Wednesday, and the sushi prices were fantastic. We got three Godzilla and the Grand Canyon. Both were excellent! We would definitely come back during Happy Hour for those great sushi prices.

My family and my brother’s family went to Itto Sushi together. We had 4 kids with us. Two under 8 and 2 tweens. Everyone loved the food!
My brother’s family all ordered bento boxes and said they were delicious.
My family started off with gyoza, then ordered the J roll, the Samurai roll, the Kill Bill, the Itto roll, the Vampire roll, the Fire Dragon roll, the Mafia roll, the Hokkaido roll, and the Wasatch roll. Everything was so loved that we had to remind the kids that we were not in a hurry and they could take their time eating. All the rolls were phenomenal! They had so much flavor, and each roll was so unique. The J roll was so good that my son just had to order another.
This was the best sushi we have had in Utah County. I’m going to be craving it often.

When I went to pay my credit card bill I happened to double check the charge with my receipt that was still in my wallet. They charged an extra $5 for their tip. I understand and have been to plenty of places that have a mandatory minimum tip when serving large groups: however, there was FOUR of us on our bill, and I don't remember seeing anything on the menu that would indicate that this would happen. And I left a good tip in the first place. (the service and food were great). I'm really disappointed that this happened. I have NEVER had an establishment give themselves a bigger tip than I had already left.
I hadn’t heard about Itto before, but went because we had gotten a gift certificate from a friend. It was SO good. Our favorite was the lion king, one of the best rolls I’ve had in a long time. Our servers were super attentive and quick to help with anything. Our food came out so quickly!? Like faster than a fast food restaurant. Our one and only complaint is that we couldn’t use our gift certificate for happy hour, which seemed odd. Other than that, everything was amazing and will come back again.
A great spot for a casual meet-up with friends! The sushi/food quality was great, and our server was attentive.
Clean environment, is located close to shops, and will def satisfy your sushi cravings. The price is decent and the sushi/plates were wonderfully plated and presented well.
