Oishii is amazing, so is the owner, Eric meticulously prepares roll after roll, also offering suggestions, all the while entertaining you while you sit at the counter, or you can sit at a nice table while the friendly waitresses take your order, the edamame is awesome while you wait as well. Samurai roll has a kick I recommend it!!!!
Please don't take my word for it, TRY THIS PLACE OUT.
Oishii Sushi blew my expectations out of the water ~ I sampled their sushi roll/burrito, udon, donburi, and gyoza. They did not disappoint! I'll definitely be coming back for more. Their food is fresh, and thery have the best tempura vegetables I've ever tasted.
This place is a hidden gem!!! We’ve been here a few times and have never been disappointed. The service is always super welcoming and the sushi is just as delicious as some of these high end sushi restaurants, but you don’t have to pay through the nose. Super yummy and I would recommend this place to everyone!!!
Oishii is a truly great hole in the wall sushi place. There is a great mix between classics and unique rolls. The fish was fresh and everything was simply delicious. The miso soup was perfect. We loved it. This is a must try spot.
Got the cream cheese wontons and 2 rolls - hawaiian and samurai. Hawaiian was definitely more of a dessert roll but they were both super fresh! I think I would try different ones next time but the quality is high. Sadie was a great waitress!
New to the area, so I've been searching for a go-to sushi spot. After trying three others, this is by far my favorite! Their specialty rolls were phenomenal, as well as the classics (try the spicy tuna!). Oh, and the cream cheese wontons were the best I've ever had. Super sweet servers, and a casual, yet elegant interior. Will be back soon!
Best in the area by far! Never had a bad experience, firecracker roll is one of my favorites and I rarely find one like it at other restaurants. I always have the impression that every roll is crafted with care. Mongolian cuisine is excellent as well. Don't sleep on this spot!
Eff…. This place is yummy. Ordered a couple rolls to go in a whim. Have no GD clue what they are, just asked the sweet lady to give me her two favs, and man did she nail it. Best sushi I have ever had.
This place is fantastic! I wish I had taken more pictures but I was so hungry, and the food looked so good that I forgot! The food here is a bit more expensive then I expected, but it tasted like it cost more which made the cost worth it.
For myself I purchased a Chicken Bento Box off their lunch special. The Gyoza was good and the teriyaki chicken was tasty too.
The miso soup has been the only miso soup that I have been able to eat the whole thing. It was not too “tofu-ey”. It had a great flavor and the perfect amount of onions and tofu.
As a table we split a couple of their deep fried sushi rolls. The Godzilla Roll was fantastic, I would get it again. The Honolulu Roll was also a delight. The rolls were not just a bunch of rice, yet we all left feeling full!
The family that runs this place was incredibly kind. It is a very small restaurant, but when we walked in all the tables were full so we knew it must be good. I will definitely eat here again!
So the reasons for a 5-star rating are, great tasting food, sushi rolls that were amazing, miso soup that tasted fantastic, and an incredibly kind family running the show. 10/10 would recommend!
Oishii is my go to, favorite sushi place!! Their citrus roll is so fresh and all the food is delicious 🤤 and everyone is so nice! Love it here 🍣
Not just your regular sushi spot! A small family owned joint that serves fresh sashimi, rolls AND authentic hand-made Mongolian cuisines!! We were dying of hunger on our road trip to Yellowstone and came upon this gem. Two words to sum up our experience... "Life. Changing."
A MUST try is their Mongolian "Buuz" (handmade dumplings), "Huushuur" (handmade fried flat dumplings) and "Tsuvin" (handmade noodle dish). We were so hungry we didn't get the photos of these dishes!
Our favorites sushi were the Yellowtail Nigiri, Citrus, Firecracker, Shogun and Snow Mountain rolls. Our meal paired perfectly with their delicious Purple Haze Sake We'll definitely be stopping by again on our trip back home!!
