The cake I wanted online wasn’t available so I called the the girl was so sweet. She said she could make it for me. My sons Spider-Man cake was so yummy and exactly what we wanted. A+++++. I looked at having the cake made at other places and it was double or triple the price. Definitely always going to Baskin Robbins for cakes:) I suggest u do the same 😉

Loved coming here with the fam the other night! We were warmly greeted by staff Linda & Leigh and were super friendly and accommodating!
Baskin Robbins is just a nostalgic trip for me as my dad used to take me here for daddy/daughter time and their ice cream 🍨 does not disappoint- quality has always stayed the same throughout the years!
We've always had a great experience with this location. They made a fantastic cake for a birthday party and really good sundaes. The service is prompt and very friendly.
They sucked me in with their raspberry sour patch flavor of the month. Once I was hooked, they brutally took it away and have not brought it back since. Even with all the pain and heartbreak, I do still enjoy some ice cream from time to time but our relationship will probably never be what it once was. New owners and a new exterior look. Much better than the weed filled, water sucking lawn.
Edit: A recent ownership change has resulted in some very nice remodeling which was highly needed. It has been a nice treat throughout the summer and resulted in me adding a start to my review. I am still waiting for the return of the infamous sour patch ice cream though.
Ordered a small ice cream cake and it was perfect! It was a Valentine’s Day cake and I asked them to make some changes- flowers instead of hearts and change the colors. They did a fantastic job on the decorating and my daughter loved it! It tasted delicious too! When I picked up the cake, the employees and manager were so nice and helpful. I had trouble with my coupon and they adjusted it for me. They are all so nice and friendly. Definitely coming back here again!!
The blonde kid with freckles working at 8:52 on Tuesday July 11th in the year of 2023 had impeccable taste. Asked for recommendations and he simply asked “well what do you like?” Completely turned my night around. Bark bark. Ended up getting the beach day because, get this, it has ACTUAL turtles in it. That’s a quote from the freckle kid. He deserves a raise for real. 10/10 would come again. He also offered us our “$0 receipt” since we had used our welcome to the app reward. It will be framed on our wall right next to our marriage license.
Awesome three young ladies working their tails off on this fine New Years Day/Night. They were swamped and super busy and was still able to give great recommendations, helped us with a smile and gave me time to decide on the flavors I wanted. Amazing!
This is one of the ice cream parlors that we visit the most! It is a small and friendly place, there is space to eat inside or outside now that it is spring, it has many interesting flavors and the best thing is that you can try it if you are a little indecisive 😄 They have child and adult size ice cream, frozen cakes, ice cream to go home and much more! My kids love the cones and themed sundaes! Extra fact, in the orem calendar or in the app you always find good discount coupons! points in favor, if something happens, the staff cares to solve your problem immediately!
I went here after a long hard day of work. The staff were nice and friendly and they helped me in a timely manner. The store was clean and the ice cream tasted really good.
