After only ever getting their fire-grilled steak, salmon, or chicken burrito for quite some time, I thought I'd try something new. I got their Sweet Pork Barbacoa tacos, and was pleasantly surprised. The pork was very sweet and had a little tang to it. It was dripping in juice and flavour, which combined with the freshly pressed flour tortilla perfectly. Aside from the clump of fat I got in my final bite, I enjoyed the whole thing.

Great Staff and Customer service!
I ordered online and in-store and both services were great! The app works well and it is easy to use. I always get my food quick and employees always get me the best service ever. I totally recommend this Cafe Rio at Orem. Also, the environment is very good to have a great time with family members, friends or a date.
We had a fine experience here. It was lunch time on a week day. There was no line. But still plenty of people there. This Cafe Rio had a large dining area.
Tasty and fresh Mexican-inspired cafeteria style. The wait is easily 15+ minutes at nearly any time of day, but you can order take out and skip the line. I love the salads (sweet pork is always a win) but nearly everything is good (and by nearly, my only exception is the fideo, which is mostly just lame in comparison to the other dishes).
The loyalty app is probably my favorite restaurant app. They regularly offer bonus points, and the rewards come in $10 increments that you can spend as you like and stack (so you can earn $30 and spend it all at once) rather than the reward coming in free items, like a free entree.
The new location is way better than the previous one...lots of natural light and better seating.
Good food, fast service, friendly faces. I ordered the coconut shrimp tacos with the mango salsa. Delicious. I grabbed some house dressing because I love that stuff. It made for a very satisfying lunch. The store is generally very clean or clean enough. My only complaint is that the "Mexican Style" drinks are almost always out. Today they only had the horchata available besides the sodas. Frustrating, but understandable. People know a good thing when they see it and a busy staff can only do so much during a lunch rush.

I come here quite often and most of the time it’s 5 star quality food and portion size. Today’s visit was perfect. The food was excellent the staff was cool and even served me with a smile. I had the smothered chicken burrito today and it was great. Chips were fresh today as well as I picked up chips and salsa.
Pay attention they charge for guacamole and extra salsa for the chips which I think Is weak but they can get away with it.
Great Cafe Rio location. I have eaten here dozens of times and have never been disappointed.
Really open and clean environment inside. I love their flower tortillas, they're fluffy and soft.
They also give better portions compared to costa vida.
