My husband and I first went to Charley’s for New Year’s dinner and it quickly became our favorite restaurant. We’ve been back three times since then (most recently for my birthday) and have had an exceptional experience every time. The wait staff are incredibly knowledgeable and professional yet still friendly and personable :)
From the dinner rolls to the dessert the food is amazing from start to finish. The steak is the best we’ve ever had and we’ve been to numerous high end steakhouses throughout the country. The steak and dessert presentations are fun and add to the whole Charley’s experience.
Definitively a place to go for a nice aged steak with good company.
Be aware it's a pricy place to eat so get some money and cash for the valet.
This is one of the best steak houses on International Drive and I have to recommend that you visit this location for a phenomenal experience. Our servers names were Jeff and Luigi. We were two parents just whisking away while our children attended their event. We did not have a reservation and were seated promptly. The ambiance and atmosphere were so relaxing. The food was reasonably priced in comparison to other steakhouses nearby. Luigi gave us an amazing presentation and service while we were there. A great place to celebrate a special occasion or just to relax and enjoy an exquisite meal. Jeff was our sommelier and provided some phenomenal wine pairings for our meal. Wonderful experience. 10 out of 10
Good with lots of potential. This place has a lot going for it but seems to be missing the fine touches that $100+ a person steakhouse have already. The atmosphere is very good. Quiet and comfortable and the staff was excellent. From the minute I walked in everyone was great. Super knowledgeable and friendly.
I ordered a Ribeye and for $80, it is on the higher end but they cook it over a wood fire (which I love the flavor of meat cooked that way). The steak was cooked to absolute perfection. Great Crust on the outside and perfect medium rare on the inside. However, the meat was not as good of quality as you would expect. If they would change their supplier then that might be the best steak place I’ve ever had.
This was true of the salad too. The overall salad was good but the blue cheese dressing lacked real chucks of blue cheese and tasted like it was out of a jar. The house bread was great but they should provide butter or something to go with it.
So, I don’t know if I would come again compared to an Eddie V’s but it has potential.
My family & I walked into Charley’s with no reservation but we were seated immediately. After arriving got our table, we requested a high chair for one of the children in our party & when the guy brought it out, there was the tiniest drop of water in the seat & he ran to go get a towel to clean it. I really appreciate the attention to detail. Our waiter’s name was Ivan & he was phenomenal! We were celebrating our engagement & he was so kind. He explained everything very well & spoke nicely about our family & children. He definitely stole the show with his bright smile & friendliness. We ordered a 20oz porterhouse to share, as well as, lobster mac & cheese. Complimentary, we received the most delicious meatballs for our engagement.
My partner and I came after a conference because we did not want to do the standard steakhouse that’s everywhere. Boy it did not disappoint. Our waiter Kaleb was fantastic he recommended the bison which I had not had before and it was freaking awesome! The food was great the service was better. Also we did not have time to hang out after dinner but they have a very cool cigar deck. I highly recommend and encourage you to ask for Kaleb at the bar
Absolutely classic steakhouse with its own signature dishes and a staff that is genuinely friendly and engaged.
This was by far our favorite restaurant experience after a week of fine dining in Orlando.
We passed by Charley's earlier in the week after dining at Icon Park and getting re-routed through their parking lot. We happened to pass by Valet who went out of their way to wave and direct us to the exit. This made us look up the restaurant and add it as our last stop.
I had the bison - outstanding, my son the filet mignon, even better. The signature fried jumbo shrimp was also fantastic. The sweet butter cake was a memory we won't soon forget. Btw, even the bread they put out foreshadows the dinner that follows.
And Nicolle our waitress was an all time favorite.
I only know of 1 other steakhouse, Katherine's at Casa Blanca Mesquite that comes remotely close, maybe Roxys in Reno. Don't get me wrong there are lots of great steaks in Vegas, just so few that can deliver the whole experience from start to finish. This was that place for us. The food, the booth, the service, even the value when you consider the whole experience.
We go to Charlie’s at least once a quarter (wish it was more often). The service is always phenomenal they always have a chef special and last night I took a leap tried it and went away from my regular order. If you could taste or smell this photo you would understand why such a rave review. The steaks are cooked over a wood fire and every tender bite you can taste the smoky wood. This is the best steak house in the state hands down! P.S the strawberry cake is also amazing!!

Colossal is colossal here. Succulent is succulent here.
Steak that melts in your mouth.
Crisp salad with a classic dressing.
Our server was very attentive and quite versed with his showcase of the steaks; loved it. Pricey, but you you will enjoy your experience.
Charley’s Steak House was a phenomenal experience. To start the drinks came very quickly and staff was friendly and beyond patient when it came to explaining drinks and items on the menu. My company ordered 3 drinks total and I got a drink as well. After ordering our food one of my favorite parts of the experience is the presentation. This portion of your stay includes the staff coming to your table and explaining all of the meats and cuts of fish that were very luxurious.Following this since it was my fathers birthday a manager came out and wished him a happy birthday not only this but we got their world famous international meatballs that are made from various meats. It was delicious. The flavors combined were light but held me over until the entrees came. Once all of the food arrived I was blown away by the beautiful presentation of food. A basket of fresh bread and all of our food was placed in front of us the aromas enlightened the experience even further. I ordered a cut of steak that came with a delicious butter sauce and the the best mashed potatoes I’ve ever had. They were rich and creamy but the potatoes still kept just the right amount of firmness. The steak itself was filling and tender. The juices flowing out and the butter combined making it the as rich as possible. In conclusion the entire experience over all was just amazing. If your having a special occasion or just looking for a nice restaurant I definitely recommend coming here.
Highly recommend their specialty drinks, but be careful: they taste so good, you can’t even taste the alcohol. Ones enough, because they are very well made. Our server’s name was Williams, aka Chilly Willy. He was personable, and attentive. We shared good laughs. Ask for him, you'll have a great time and be taken care of. Between two people, we spent around $200+ and we would do it again for any occasion. Food, atmosphere and service = five stars.
Our server James was amazing! Very informative and friendly. We celebrated our anniversary there and the staff made it perfect. The manager Javier was on point and kind enough to bring us a special appetizer for our special day. 10/10 stars all the way around.
