Expensive but good sushi. Located at City Walk at Universal...so pretty much all places to eat are expensive (tourist trap), bit the bullet and paid out the $. The sushi selections we had were delicious and decent in portion size. Wish the was a place to eat inside, guess we could have taken it over to the indoor area where the fast food places were. Overall the prices are what kill this place but the food is well prepared and very good.
Decent sushi for to go/fast food style sushi. There is nowhere to sit indoors, so just know you'll be outside. Prices were pretty reasonable.
Staff was amazing. Food was phenomenal! Sushi rolls and plum wine were on point!
Really great service! The lady taking my order was able to answer all of my questions and helped me get everything I wanted. It’s hard getting service like this now. Every time I eat here the food is hot, fresh, and delicious. There are other more expensive choices around here and this one is a superior experience for the price.
I literally eat here every time I go to city walk. If you're looking for a healthy and fresh meal there's no where else to go in city walk. Erin is my favorite sushi chef and the service is typically friendly and efficient. I've always had a great experience!
I loved this restaurant! I was here after 11:00 PM and the chef Alex was so awesome! He made my Tokoyo Sunrise roll extra special with less mayo. It was awesome. Shannon was also super awesome!!! I highly recommended a late night Sushi Snack from Fusion Bistro!
The best hidden gem at City Walk! The Executive Chef Erin was extremely friendly! My food was excellent. I got the Volcano Roll and it was delicious! I would highly recommend coming here. It is up near BK and Panda Express.
The sushi rolls that we all ordered were really good. Sake bombs and plum don't wine were really good. Chicken wings were disappointing, no crisp, no color, mushy skin, but they were cooked all the way through.
Very fast and friendly service (lunch time on Friday). I ordered the volcano, and the spicy tuna. The chef recommended a wasabi aioli for the tuna, and I was not disappointed at all! Would recommend this place, and eat here again. Prices are very reasonable.
Nice break from usual park food! Quick easy snack, no need to make a big sit down meal with table service. Choose your meal time carefully, almost no shaded spots to hide on a hot summer day.
Amazing sushi at a very reasonable cost. The drinks were reasonably priced as well. The sushi was delicious and there was a wide variety of raw and cooked rolls.
