In the Black Friday rush, I have to call out Manager Thompson for providing competent cheerful service in chaos. I had a special order that most sub shops mess up. She made sure it was done correctly even with a whole rush of customers. Highly appreciated and commendable. With a smile on her face the whole time, too!

I love this sandwich. I've been to Tampa and Orlando branches and the taste is pretty good and consistent in all of them. I usually get the Turkey or vegetarian sandwich, and my wife gets the roast beef. Toasting the sandwich makes a difference. It makes it taste better, but the ingredients make all the difference. Good choice.

Great experience! I ordered for my associate lunch and had the food delivered. Chris, Brittany and Tom C. showed exemplary customer service and the food was great. The lunch was a big hit and everyone loved the food.
I was just there the day after Christmas and it was my second time eating at firehouse in my entire life and I didn't really know what I wanted and I was about go to another food spot until I had gotten some help from a manager who's name is angie who was really helpful and i ended up buying a hook and ladder sub which is really good. Great sandwiches. Fresh food, good service at this location. Fountain drinks are behind the counter, but you can get refills.
The turkey, bacon, ranch was the best sub sandwich I've had in my life! Very fresh bread and ingredients with tons of flavor.
We love firehouse subs. I prefer this establishment over Subway any day. Their sandwiches are fresh and hot.
