Amazing food, environment and staff!! One of the male staff, I don’t remember his name but he was young, super handsome and SO NICE. I just went to see the menu and he welcomed me, explained the menu and made me feel so confortable that I decided to stay and eat. Loved it!
Having a crazy day with my wife at Winnie Palmer. While in labor she decided she wanted Tijuana Flats more than anything in the world. The location in winter garden supported most of her pregnancy so I was glad when I google mapped it there was one a mile from the hospital. The staff was incredible and couldn’t believe I left my wife in labor to get the steak flautas. The manager went above and beyond to make sure that we had everything we needed. We have never had a bad experience at Tijuana but this was just exceeded our already high expectations.
Great atmosphere, friendly professional staff, the restaurant is very clean all around.
As soon as we walked in we were greeted by a friendly staff member, she told us a little bit about each carnitas dish that was part of the New Cranked Up Menu Items. We picked the Spicy Habanero Carnitas Burrito and the Chipotle BBQ Pork Tacos along with the Dueling Queso and Chips.
I loved the tacos, the bbq sauce was not overpowering and you were able to taste every ingredient. My husband had the burrito and he loved the spice level and said it was really filling. The dueling queso and chips was great for us because I am more of a white queso lover and he enjoys yellow queso, perfect dish to share.
The staff kept checking up on us to see if we needed anything, very attentive.
Can’t beat great food and great service!
I'm not just saying this. I had the tastiest 2 beef hardshell tacos I've ever had outside of my own home. And I love my tacos.
It's not true mexican food it America white people mexican food. Don't get me wrong still great food. Have been here many times. But if your looking for authentic mexican this is not the place. Staff is always friendly and gives great service. Dinning area and restrooms always neat and clean. Will be back for sure.

I came here with my friend and we were cordially greeted by Hailey. We got our drinks which were fruit punch mixed sprite and coke zero. We were very thirsty. The atom bombs we ordered were amazing. It like a little jalapeño poppers with diced jalapeños, cream cheese and Cheddar cheese. It was delicious served with Thai Chili sauce and sour cream. The staff was very friendly consisting of Hailey, Armando/ Assistant Manager, and Tammy/ District Manager. They always came over to our table and asked us how our meal was going. Our entrees consists of the Garlic Lime Shrimp Bowl and Crispy Shrimp and Corn Tacos. The bowl had such a variety of ingredients I would to highlight which I really liked eating: cilantro rice, black beans, shredded cabbage, grilled shrimp, guacamole, sour cream, and my favorite pickled onions. The shrimp tacos had the same except it had fried shrimp. Each contained fresh tortilla chips and fresh Pico de Gallo. I would like to give extra KUDOS to Hailey for always checking our table and was always on top of the refills. Incredible location!
Food is fresh and with the lunch promos they have currtenly, it's even affordable. 10ish for combo drinks, side, meal. during lunch time takes a little extra wait time, i order online always to speed things up. dont like the atmosphere, a little too funky for my liking. but overall great place.
Been coming to this TF for about 2 years and it's my favorite location out of all the others. Employees are polite and even the manager makes the occasional walk through to make sure his customers are happy. Always get tacos. For dessert I would recommend getting churro bites and when combined with some old school vanilla soft serve ice cream from Jeremiahs next door, it really is a tasty treat.
Great pork bbq tacos. And the spicy salsa was fabulous. The best meal I’ve ever had at T-flats.

The staff at this location is amazing. Chipotle should take notes from Tijuana Flats on customer service and getting online orders correct. We refuse to go to Chipotle anymore. Tijuana is the best!
The food was fine but the place is unorganized and not attentive to the guests as before. When you enter there is no longer any clear directions to the line. Three customers walked from the front door to the left cashier and she waited on them before me waiting for two large parties at the other registers. Others were asked about drink refills but not me, like I was invisible. One employee sweept the floor at 7:30 rush and every sweep the broom hit the dust pan with a clank. Hundreds of times while we all ate. Clear lack of training and management of the space.
Swear it took longer to order than it did to get our food. Food and service was excellent!!
Will be back every time we are in town.
