Just left right now and I normally don't write reviews but the service was absolutely amazing. After a hot day my kids and I stopped for some ice cream. We are visiting the area and don't know much about Ben and Jerry's but the kind young man who served us Renan Moises let us sample a few flavors and was very patient with us. The ice cream was a little melted but overall the service was amazing and made up for it. We will definitely come back in the future.
Awesome end to my birthday celebration! Service was outstanding! The guy who took care of us was very patient as we tried to decide what we wanted even though it was close to closing. He talked to us about options, made great suggestions, and let us sample a couple of flavors. He was positive, kind, and funny! I wanted a milkshake that wasn't on the menu, and he did his best to accommodate. We will definitely be back due to his terrific service!
I went today with my family after visiting another near by Ben and jerrys at a movie and it was such an amazing experience. From the moment I walked in it smelled amazing and the customer service was excellent. The young boy who tended us, was so kind, patient, and made excellent suggestions, making our decisions a breeze. His attitude was so chipper and he had great energy! The ice cream is a bit more expensive but you can tell it’s worth it with every bite. Will definitely be coming back! Great ice cream, and fantastic employees!
I like Ben and Jerry's a lot. Unfortunately, there's none near where I live so most of the time when I'm in Orlando, I stop by here. It's great to have ice cream year round in Florida because it is so hot, especially when you're walking around an outdoor shopping area. My favorite flavor is chocolate chip cookie dough which they usually have here, but sometimes they don't and instead have odd, uncommon flavors. The staff are friendly and always offer you a sample.
I had such a lovely time with the most polite well mannered young man. I believe his name is moses, not quite sure! He was the sweetest person I have ever encountered. We need more dedicating workers like this young man!
Thank you for offering 4 vegan flavors! Waffle one was fresh made - yum. Only bummer was its in an outdoor outlet mall so no seating and took awhile to find it.
I have always been a Ben & Jerry's fan. The store was no exception. The ice cream was great and the staff got my order out quickly even after they had closed for the evening.
Moises was very kind in explaining all the different flavors. Orlando had killer temps and the family really enjoyed the ice cream.

This was my first time eating ben and Jerry's from the actual store. Ice cream was fresh and great. I kept craving it daily. Friendly staff.
