Great Salmon! Wonderful low-key lunch with a nice Chardonnay. Ate here several times while at a conference. The asparagus & eggplant risotto was great too.
Got a burger and salad. Burger was cooked perfectly still a little pink in the middle. They use a great roll too. Spinach salad was real good too, with candied pecan and blue cheese. I got chicken with it and the chicken tasted like it was re-heated. Overall I would come again
What a great way to start the morning. The Bistro is located inside the Hilton Orlando. Very fancy place, yet relaxed at the same time. Don’t get me wrong. This place is pricey, but the food is well worth it. Gorgeous place. Lot of natural light. Not many people know about this place. It is on a lower level. They have upbeat music playing. I found myself eating and tapping my feet to the beat. The seating at the bar for breakfast is excellent. It’s for people who are here on business and come in, and eat, and go on their merry way. Paula was my server today. She was very nice. Now….Let’s talk FOOD!! Scrambled eggs, Serrano ham, Manchego cheese, fresh avocado, pico de gallo, roasted potatoes. $13.00. This week anything with avocado has been hitting the spot. This wrap is out of this world with all the goodies inside. Even the breakfast potatoes were good. I tend to leave those untouched. Great staff. Delicious food. If you are tired of burgers and fries and want something fresh this is it. We had the curry chicken salad sandwich and the turkey club with cauliflower for the side. You can sit inside or outside. Only available for breakfast and lunch.
Bistro serves only breakfast and lunch. I’ve only had lunches here. Selections are limited but of lighter and healthier ingredients. If you are steak lover type of carnivore, this may not be your restaurant. You should try the other restaurant, the Spencer’s. Whatever I’ve ordered here all tasted pretty good and the staffs here are super friendly. For serious tea drinker, they offer tea leaves, they let me look at the variety in their tea boxes and I happily discovered loose oolong

Javier really was above and beyond... SO NICE and friendly. It broke my heart to see a table across from us being nasty to him. I hope he sees this and has an amazing day! The hosts were also super friendly. Love the staff here compared to the other resturant here. The food was decent but overpriced, but that's what comes with resorts.

Absolutely fantastic restaurant! Year after year their food is always the most delicious. The breakfast buffet is to die for and I can't even express how incredible the staff is.
I travel to Orlando about once a year and always stay at the Hilton Orlando. And since coming for 1 week a year for a few years many employees actually remember me and I have great conversations with them each time.
They are beyond friendly and always incredible at what they do. I could not recommend this place enough!!
Great customer service, food is always fresh, and atmosphere listen bright and sunny. My family always enjoys The Bistro for breakfast. We usually get the buffet with lots of selections like omelets, charcuterie board, smoked salmon, oatmeal bar, and specialty items. There is the regular cereals, and lots of fresh fruits and juices available.
Excellent service!! All of the wait staff, the hostess, and managers are amazing!! Have eaten here for breakfast several days while here for a conference and am astounded at how amazing this place is! Would highly recommend!!
The place was clean and the staff were courteous. The menu could be better with more choices. Standard breakfast options and buffet were available. Nothing special to remember, just another breakfast place.
Great service. Best breakfast I've had in a long time. Their grits are phenomenal, a magic blend of mysterious ingredients.
