We had an amazing experience at the cafe/bistro! It was our first time there, we celebrated my daughters 11th birthday. Shout out to Emily, she was awesome! Food was great, girls had an awesome time and the cake was awesome! They came out sang happy birthday, cut cake for us and brought it out with ice cream in a flower pot with a daisy in it lol. Great party bags too!! We will definitely be back! For my other daughters birthday in November. Totally recommend, it's a great experience !!!!
Yesterday was our first trip to the store for my daughter's 8th birthday. We ate at the bistro & shopped. She has wanted Logan since the day she found out there was going to be a boy doll, so we were able to finally get her Logan. She said it was the best day ever! It was an awesome experience & a day she will always remember. The staff in the store and bistro were all great!
American Girl Store!!! Stopped in just because. The dolls, their hair styles, and outfits and accessories were amazing! Dolls have certainly come a long way since I was a kid. Super cool.
An adorable place to take kids and adults alike! My niece had a blast here, looking at all of the dolls and items you could get with them. They have the books with all of the past years' dolls of the year, as well as a ton of new stuff. Looking forward to visiting again!
Today…. What an amazing experience at Orlando AG! Thank you to Emma for the laughs and setting the bar on how many AG dolls my daughter truly needs 🤪. Then I met Stacey the store manager and she is truly an amazing person. She will be making one little 10 year old girl Christmas truly magical. We shed tears today, laughs and today was a day I will remember for the rest of my life. As a mom we always want to make our kids happy, I know that will take place on 12/25 because of one little beautiful kind elf… Stacey! Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Merry Christmas and as soon as the magic is found out I know Rilee will be there to meet and thank you for making her 2023 Christmas so memorable.
Brought my Pleasant Company Samantha in for a spa day and had an incredible experience. Everyone was so welcoming and helpful and they took amazing care of my old girlie. They restored her original hairstyle and she looks like new! Thank you!!! :)
My daughter loves everything American Girl so of course we had to make a stop while in Orlando. The selection is amazing but be prepared for the price of all of those accessories that you will want to buy.
Such a cute shop attached to the Florida Mall. My daughter asked to get her and her American Girl dolls ears pierced here so they could do them together. Check in at the register to pick out earrings for the girls then they have a private room with chair. It was very clean. Phil was amazing with my daughter who was nervous, but wanted to be brave and get them pierced. He took a lot of care to make sure they were perfectly straight. He explained to her what was happening and made sure she understood. She laughed and couldn't believe she did it. We would definitely recommend for ear piercing. After hers were done in the private room we dropped her doll off at the salon. Within two minutes she was back with her ears pierced too.
They have everything you could ever want for your American girl doll or your girl.
I made an appointment while we were on vacation and everything went perfectly. My daughter got her dolls hair redone and we also visited the bistro for the 1st time and it was amazing. A beautiful experience I will never forget. Thank you so much 💓 We can't wait to go again next year!
Who doesn't love American Girl's dolls? I bet anyone. This place is fabulous and spacious. The dols were very well displayed on the shelves, and the staff were always smiling. We loved the bistro place they had it creates another level of costumer experience. It's not just a store. It's a whole experience when you get in there. I didn't buy any dolls for my daughter yet, but it was totally worth it the trip.
The is a place you absolutely must visit if you love an American Doll! Also you must go if you want to get a doll for someone. American Girl has dolls for children 3 years old and up starting with a baby baby doll and then moving up to adult that is supposed to be a little more like kindergarten and above and then they have historical and contemporary dolls that are for ages 6 and 8 plus some of the costumes are very ornate so some of them are for girls that are much older and will take care of them but others are made for kids to just change their dolls we go here at least twice a year when my sister comes in from out of town. We really love shopping there and just having a nice visit. Afterward a trip through the mall is always a joy it's really big the mall itself is really big and has a tremendous amount of stores a lot of upscale stores as well as stores like forever 21 which happens to be a two-story section all in all I would recommend for sure!
We had an amazing experience on Saturday afternoon. Phil was amazing at helping us during shopping experience. Definitely plan to visit again to try the bistro. Lots of great options at the store.
