My wife and I spent the week in Orlando for a work conference hosted by my employer. We reside in East Texas. We both have diet restrictions and it is difficult to find nutritious meals that are great tasting and a good value. I was so surprised to find Fresh and Co. Of the full week that we stayed I found myself eating at Fresh and Co at least 1 meal a day. What a great selection of high quality food that made me feel like I was eating a homeade meal. If you have dietary restrictions due to health or just want to eat natural foods, this is THE best option out there. The staff was so friendly and took the time to make recommendations, as well.
Incredible concept of the store! healthy and fresh food. I recommend the dressings "Mexican pepita Caesar" and "avocado chimichurri".
I was surprised by their opening hours! In the morning they are open from 7 am to 9 pm.

There are so many options here! One of my favorite parts is that both a healthy and unhealthy eater can eat here and be happy. Everything really does look fresh and clean. It’s hard to find places like that anymore. The only thing that could make this next level is if it was all organic food. You will find acai bowls, smoothies, wraps, Miletta’s, made to order bowls, coffee, tea, ciabatta sandwiches. Overall I think this place could please an entire family from child to grandparents!
