It's very clean, the employees are very nice, and you will get your food quick.
It’s a McDonald’s, so you won’t find anything new here. The food taste just like every other McDonald’s in the world. The big difference is this place just underwent a major renovation. There are fewer seats, more kiosks, and a smaller front counter. There’s also no drinks station anymore, so if you want a refill, you have to ask for it. It is a comfortable place to hang out though, and I’ve spent some time here just working instead of going to a coffee shop.
As I approach the Store Manager AB to get help with my order, I observe the immediate response, as he told a worker one moment and stop what he was doing outside with that worker.
This action speaks greatly of who he is as a person. And manage my difficulty wit excellence. I will gladly returned and refer anyone. Receiving a spectacular customer service by AB it really made my day after all I've been trough. Thanks AB for your excellent service. Have a beautiful day.
I had an online order mistake, the store manager MR AB helped me and was very patient and professional also very understanding. I will definitely come back ! We need more people like him! I will definitely recommend this McDonalds.
First time back in what feels like forever because what is this? Feels like a hospital vs McDonalds. The staff in the photo, which was coincidence, were very friendly but this set-up leaves A LOT to be desired in the hospitality/customer service field. It doesn't feel inviting it looks institutional. It allows the opportunity for guests to be left unattended, while staff corral in the back.
The service was fast, the food was hot and fresh, chicken nuggets and fries were made fresh, the team was on point, the team leader was prompt and helpful, Stephanie the Assist Manager was nice, GM attentive to customers. Well done Mc Donalds UCF👍

Right across the street from UCF so there is usually a line, so that means the food is fresh. Usually a little wait but it’s McDonald’s so I expect that.
