The service was not the best here because I was charged twice, because that initially given me the wrong order and the girl who initially served me said she was going to give me a refund and then charge me for the correct item. But instead she charged me for the correct that item but never gave me a refund for the previous item that they took back from me
We had an amazing experience here. Service was great, the place is excellent, clean, and well maintained. The staff here is quick, kind, and friendly. And the coffee is delicious.

National Donut day! Bought 10 glazed munchkins, Medium size Iced Latte with French Vanilla swirl with coconut milk. It was delicious with a packet of Splenda.
We go down to Universal and Disney a few times every year. I have been coming here for a few years everytime. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Service is quick and the best part is that my coffee is always made right. Never an issue here.
We had a great experience at this Dunkin' Donuts location yesterday!!!! I work at a Dunkin' Donuts in North Carolina, so I look for certain things when I go somewhere. Customer service is key. The employees were great, and we had quick service. Our food and 1 of the drinks was completed before we were even finished at the register. We enjoyed our food, coffee, and donuts, and will definitely be back!!! Keep up the great work!!!

Staff is great, however you really need more than one person working. It's 7pm and one girl is doing everything with a store full of customers. Orders are backed up. Shouldn't there be at least a manager to help?
One of the better Dunkin donuts in the area. Never had a complaint and my coffee is always made fast and right (and I'm super picky on my coffee)
