I’m not from KC, so I was looking forward to some great BBQ when I got into town. Brobeck’s lived up to the hype and then some. In fact, it’s the best BBQ I’ve had. We had ribs and “burnt ends.” The meat was juicy and tender, the flavor was spot on, and the sides were good too. The white cheddar Mac and cheese was awesome and so was the potato salad. They also have a ham salad that was way better than I expected. The service was good and the prices are very reasonable. If you’re in KC, find this place. You’ll be happy you did!

Really enjoyed all the food and service was fast and friendly. Really addictive ham/turkey dip for appetizer that I didn't expect was going to be so good!! I also really enjoyed the burnt ends as they were some of the best I have eaten. Lastly I have always been addicted to the cheesy corn at another BBQ place but Brobeck's was even better!!!!

The baby back ribs are excellent. The best I have ever eaten, and I didn't get this body without the help of barbecue. The burnt ends are very tender, The ham is moist and juicy. The homemade chips are super tasty. The baked beans and potato salad are very good. The staff is attentive. I would highly recommend eating here. It's the best barbecue in the Kansas City area.
