Crushed Red made this vegetarian very happy. The experience was so good I smiled all the way home, and then some. The concept of clean, healthy food is simple; the complexity of flavor was AWESOME. This Pear Is On Fire (without the bacon of course) salad had a startling habanero dressing that was nicely balanced with the beautiful avocado and goat cheese; it made my lips tingle for only a minute. The Hummus shareable (appetizer) was better than any we have eaten out. It was served with extraordinary flatbread. Thank you very much for opening this restaurant in my neighborhood.

I loved this place! I had a wonderful seared ahi tuna salad, "Tunapalooza". And a glass of chardonnay! They have wine and beer. A great place to get salads, soups, flatbreads, and appetizers, called "Shareables". I loved that they chop the salads! The only thing I would change is the lighting over the dining room; it was so bright I felt like I was eating under a microscope.

It was our first time at Crushed Red. Loved the food (organic and whole grain crusts on the pizzas) and the friendly and prompt service! Not extensive, but decent wine and beer lists. A nice evening out!
