I used mobile order twice. Once for counter pickup which went great everything was correct and they even remembered napkins. The older lady who works was very kinds and attentive. I am terrible with names but she was great, it was lunch rush but she definitely handled things with great efficiency! After a while I ordered dessert for table side. Again everything was correct and the young lady who brought it to the table was very kind. Overall great experience and we are so happy to have the play area open again!
Food was ok. But Andres went above and beyond to help me with my payment. Card machine would not read my phone so he literally went to drive thru and got it done. He was very professional. We appreciate the service and attention. He definitely deserves a raise! Thank you Andres as per food it was kinda cold but I think it was due to delay of payment issue.
The drive through service was prompt and efficient. The food I ordered was hot and wrapped. Today, I did not need anything from them, I just wanted to see if the service was different. Normally, I’m pulled to the front or the line is so slow. This crew must of been trained because they did everything right. I was greeted both times and my food was waiting at the 2nd window. I gave four stars because at the second window the lady repeated my order confirming everything was accurate without holding the line. 🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽
