I don't know why it's taken me so long to dine here, but I'm glad I finally did!! I came on a Friday night about 8pm and was seated right away. I ordered the endless shrimp for $22...Amazing! We had a wonderful waitress who kept our table full of shrimp, brought more biscuits without us asking and kept bringing us shrimp, oh my goodness it's definitely worth the trip, food was delicious and our service was excellent.
Everything from the service to the food was absolutely spectacular. I’m giving them five stars because it was crazy busy and our waitress was doing the best she could and did quite well considering the circumstances.
Our Maine lobster tails were the best. Everything was cooked to perfection.
Typical experience at a red lobster. We went there to celebrate my birthday for dinner. I'm on their list for their birthday club so my dessert was free however I was a little taken back and disappointed that they didn't seem to me yet when we got there another table was being sent to for their birthday. Our waitress was very good, and different people took care of our needs through the course of the meal. We each ordered the all you can eat seafood option and we had plenty to take home for another meal the next day.

Customer service was great. We walked up and were immediately seated being a party of 7. Food was delicious. The calamari appetizer had me wanting more. Food came hot and biscuits kept on coming. I would definitely recommend this location if you enjoy good food and awesome customer service.
Had a Reward coupon for a free appetizer which was a full-size Langostine & Crab dip with freshly fried tortilla chips. Their $15 3-course meal was a great value and very filling. The waitress I had was attentive and very accommodating, she’s a rockstar!!
The cheddar bay biscuits are a great way to start your meal. I ordered off the 2-item menu, and had clam chowder and coconut shrimp - 8 large shrimp that were really good. I'm not crazy about their dipping sauce so I always order the sweet chili sauce for dipping. The 2-item menu is a great value!
Food was good, as I expected. We had 4:00 reservations to hopefully avoid the heavy dinner crowd. Service was good for a while. Once dinner crowd arrived, we were pretty much forgotten. There were 13 in our party. It was a hassle getting our checks, which were split into two different cards. I had downloaded the app so I could get points and the 10% discount offered if $40 min was spent. The reservations were in my name but since it was my birthday, two of my brothers picked up the tab. The server only asked at the other end of the table if this was my party and was told yes. He asked for a code for the discount at which point someone downloaded the app and got the discount. The tab at my end of the table was just charged to the card, no questions asked, no discount, no points. I'm kind of disappointed!
We both got the endless shrimp and it was great! Margaritas were awesome too, but the spicy pineapple Rita should have been a little more spicy 😋 Waitress was friendly and service was fast.
Had a near perfect experience last night. We arrived (party of 3) about 6:30 and we’re told it was about 25 minute wait. So we sat at the bar and had a cocktail while waiting. Antonio was an excellent bar tender. Knowledgeable fun and made excellent drinks. We were seated about 30 minutes later. We had a wonderful waitress I’m bummed I didn’t get her name. We had our biscuits right away and apps just moments later. It took a bit for our dinner to come out but with the apps and biscuits we didn’t even notice. The food was delicious the and atmosphere on point! If I lived closer I’d be there all the time :) Great job Reb Lobster team.
