Ramen Musashi Palm Desert

The tastiest ramen restaurant in Palm Desert hands down, Ramen Musashi always delivers on a delightfully savory bowl of noodles! With several different styles and accompaniments to try, the menu is not incredibly stacked but it has enough options to keep you coming back to try something uniquely different. Personally, I think their tonkotsu ramen is top notch -- the broth is so rich and filled with umami! -- and you can even try it with miso or mayu (blackened garlic oil) which adds another flavor bomb on top of an already flavorful broth base. Their appetizers and sushi are also very good and stand up to other sushi places in the valley. They definitely have the most authentic Japanese style croquettes and it's one of the only places I know in the desert where you can get delicious Japanese pickles. The steamed buns are also to die for, with savory chashu served up on a light bao bun! The staff are always incredibly friendly and the food comes to your table in little to no time at all. The fact that a little "singing" robot will come deliver your feast to you is just a plus. ;) If you're craving rich Japanese cuisine, Ramen Musashi is definitely the place to be!
