Was in the restaurant around noon today and had some amazing food! The shrimp tacos with the side of extra guac and chips will be something I’ll be coming back for. However what made this experience stand out was the server. I got his name towards the end of my meal for he seemed very busy. He introduced himself as Coleman. He was very kind, sweet, and very welcoming to the needs of me as a customer. This kind of customer service was something I had not experienced nor expected in a casual setting like this. I will definitely be coming back for more. Everyone should know that this place is not only good food for a decent price, but the employees make the time memorable!
Went hard for lunch and there was a guy at the front, obviously his first day, but he was very friendly and helpful. Definitely higher level customer service than I was expecting. His name was Coleman and he made my lunch break so much better, just by being nice and helpful so many of these cashier's there days are so rude... Not Coleman! Will def be back for some shrimp quesadillas!
I just started working here yesterday and this place is literally amazing; I've been treated with such respect and welcoming it's incredible! All the food is fresh and the staff is like a family. That unique passion for both quality food and great customer service that seems to be rare these days is nothing if not exemplified by Rubios; from the meticulous food inspection to the routine cleaning, this place is by far one of the best semi-fast food restaurants in Palm Springs.
