The food was spectacular and our server Warren, was the best server we’ve ever had! We will always request him every time we go!

Can’t give enough stars for this place. Absolutely phenomenal!!! Everything we ordered was perfect, but the lobster bisque took the crown. We also had the prime rib, strip steak, grouper imperiale, and the blackened redfish. The customer service was outstanding!!! Our server Kevin went WAY above and beyond and was very personable. The manager on duty also went out of her way to get us dessert due to the wait time (about an hour and a half, worth it). Our whole family has been raving about this place since we left. 20/10 will definitely be back!!!!
We really enjoyed our dinner here tonight. No problems with wait time because we called ahead. The food was amazing, and our server (Kevin) was great and very helpful. I enjoyed the blackened grouper and a perfectly cooked sweet potato on the side. The food was great and the atmosphere was too. Loved the fish tank!
We had a great meal tonight! Almost no wait at 5:15, and excellent, attentive service. We both loved everything we had---housemade bread, lobster spring rolls, Snapper Pontchartrain, and Diver Scallops with risotto. The huge aquarium and piano bar put their atmosphere far above anywhere else we've been in PCB. We will be back!
Robert was our server tonight and he gave us the best service we have had in a long time- maybe even ever. Thank you for making our evening wonderful! 👍🏼 The restaurant was very nice and the food was excellent!! Loved the piano playing during our whole meal! One of, if not THE best in PCB. It seems an average rating of 3.9 is too low but likely from those that had to wait long. They don't take reservations in spite of what this site says. You can get a drink and take it to the patio while you wait. The main room with piano bar is nice. The other room is quite and more casual. In all cases, the service is great and the seafood outstanding. Been there several times and highly recommend Saltwater Grill.
We were looking for some good seafood our last night in PCB, we found that and more here. We went around 530pm on a Saturday with a party of 8. Our server Cecilia was friendly and attentive from start to finish and the food was excellent. We would highly recommend and will make it a regular stop when we are in town.
Aside from the long wait for a table, the service and food were top notch! Unfortunately we waited an hour and 45 minutes just for a table for our party (6 adults, 3 kids, and a baby). It was our last night at Panama City beach so we decided to eat at a nice restaurant and this was the pick due to reviews. The only down side was other people with smaller groups that had come after us were quickly getting seated. Hopefully they can sort out their system on how to accommodate big groups because if you're there first, you should be served first! Service and food was 5/5 but the hostess/waiting period was a negative 5!
First night in PCB and my wife & I ventured around and found the Saltwater Grill. We were promptly seated by a generous greeter and immediately introduced to our server Allison. She was extremely courteous and wanted nothing more than for our experience to be awesome and it was. Fantastic service start to finish. I ordered the sirloin & shrimp with a twice-baked potato which I highly recommend. My wife ordered the chicken and shrimp pasta which had two huge chicken breasts and so much we had plenty for lunch the next day. Fives, heck, Tens all around! Go here!!!
Eat here every time we are here....sometimes twice. Early bird special, 5$ martinis, outstanding service, huge fish tank, kid friendly, casual dress, what is not to love about this place!
Service was great, the decor and enormous fish tank were nice and the good was excellent. I would highly recommend the Ahi Tuna and Lobster Spring Rolls!
Many times just the view of a restaurant’s parking lot is enough to convince someone that something good is going on inside. Combine that with recommendations from our readers and we were really hedging our bets that Saltwater Grill was going to be pretty spectacular.
Allison was absolutely amazing . I couldn’t have asked for a better server. She was so sweet and very attentive. Gave great recommendation with a positive attitude! Fastest service, we never needed to look for our server.

Best overall dinner I had while in PCB; certainly quite a bit better than a lot of the restaurants in the area.
I think this is good for a nice dinner out without being too formal or stuffy. It's got some atmosphere, and the food was very respectable. Grouper imperial was good, though the asparagus seemed like it needed something a little more to it. I could for sure see coming back here if I'm in the area again.
Loved this place. It's service and it's food. Even when I had an issue they fixed it, where great with us, and it was resolved! Heidi was a great server and provided us with friendly but first class service. Recommended. You must try the prime rib! Melt in your mouth... Hands down must try.
Best dining experience we've had in PCB! Everything was cooked to perfection, our server was lovely, and you cant beat the atmosphere. Over the years we've been to many local restaurants and a few chains and have never found a go to seafood restaurant until now. My only complaint is not finding it sooner. Well worth the price if you're a foodie who also enjoys seafood. The lobster bisque and lobster spring rolls were amazing!
Perfect experience from entry to departure. We arrived shortly after 5pm and were fortunate to be seated right away. All of the staff appeared professional and created a welcoming and pleasant atmosphere. The food was simply perfect. My husband had a New York strip that was prepared just as he ordered and flavorful. I had the Diver’s scallops and the dish was excellent. We added house salads and took some of their homemade Key Lime Pie to go. If you are looking for an excellent dining experience I highly recommend!
This place is great. We loved the aquarium. The food was amazing. Our server was so polite, attentive, & knowledgeable about the menu. I had firecracker shrimp & a saffron risotto, my husband had the wagyu bolognese & a lobster bisque. We also shared a crème brûlée for dessert. It was so delicious. I highly recommend the bisque, we might have to come back just to have it again!
This is a very nice restaurant with a beautiful bar and aquarium behind it. The bartender was wonderful and attentive. The food was absolutely incredible! I am a foodie and eat out quite often.
They start you off with some delicious freshly baked sweet bread with homemade butter.
Those scallops were the best I ever had! They had a nice beautiful sear yet they melted in your mouth! The risotto was also excellent!
Came here during off season, the service was stellar. We got the VIP attention from the staff with minimal wait. Been coming down here for our vacation; and this specific restaurant has been our favorite. The food here is delicious at the right portion. The staff was very accommodating and kind. During peak season, there’s always live piano while you are dining as well. I would definitely recommend this place for couples who look for romantic dining experience.
We made a reservation for a Thanksgiving lunch and it was fantastic. We are so thankful for the men and women that took time from their own family holiday to take care of us. It was a wonderful meal, outstanding atmosphere and spectacular service. I am super grateful for all the gluten free options they incorporated into their feast. Many thanks.
This place was AMAZING! I mean as soon as you step through the you feel like you just landed in the middle of the ocean. The aquarium runs the length of two walls and makes for a great backdrop for photos. You expect good service at a place like this but they exceeded all expectations. Drinks were great, then came the mains and my scallops with risotto was fabulous. Last but not least was dessert, my party order a sampler of four most popular items. I had to try the bread pudding and I'm so thankful I did. Everyone had to try it and we all agreed it was hands down the best of all.
