Food is always absolutely wonderful. Restaurant is always nearly spotless. Service, while good, can at times fall a little bit short of what one ordinarily can expect from Chick-fil-A. I promise I do mean this very very constructively, but there are occasionally some foreign nationals on staff who serve as front-line team members that could benefit from just a little bit more interpersonal training so as to more genuinely embrace the Chick-fil-A spirit of serving with an attitude of gratitude that truly comes from the heart. I travel for business daily and enjoy Chick-fil-A at least 3 times each week (or more) and have come to know staff by name in various Chick-fil-A restaurants across northwest Florida from Pensacola to Marianna. These team members are very few in number, but they do take just a little bit away from the team as a whole when evaluating this team from the standpoint of what I observe at other Chick-fil-A locations. I write this review quite possibly more for the benefit of team management and the owner / operator than anything or anyone else. Again, please know I write this slightly critical review with a heartfelt desire to help by offering meaningful feedback. Cheers & Blessings!
It’s chick fil a. It’s the best fast food you can get.
This location is as good as any other. Workers are professional and fast. The food was great as always.
Florida needs to add cheese sauce to their menu though..

What else can be said about Chick - Fil - A that hasn't already been said. This is the way fast food should be. Friendly staff, great food, clean. Keep doing what you do.
Extremely busy, all the time. And it's a toss up if you're going to get acknowledged in q timely manner when inside waiting on an order to go. I believe I Waited about 28 minutes before I was acknowledged and that was only because I finally asked if I should cancel my order.
I go to chick-fil-a just about everyday, but this location has only two lanes for drive thur. Now they hay started a mobile drive thur with one of these lanes. I waited in line for 35 minutes yesterday morning line was so long traffic so backed up because customers wanting to go thru drive thru mobile lane was empty.. they don't have enough room in this location to handle the traffic. Even if you have the mobile app you still can't get in line any faster. Most people don't want mobile app . This location needs to rethink this before they lose a lot of customers. I get same thing just about every time I go which is regular nuggets and large sweet tea. Don't care for grilled here..
Always good food would have scored higher, but they didn't offer condiments to me in the drive thru.
During my holiday trip from Australia to the U.S., I made it a point to visit Chick-fil-A, one of the best fast food chains I've ever experienced. Their food is exceptionally fresh, and I have developed a particular fondness for their Spicy Chicken Deluxe and Grilled Chicken Deluxe sandwiches. As someone who frequently visits the U.S. for vacations, I hope that Chick-fil-A expands its presence to Australia soon, so that we can have the opportunity to satisfy our cravings back home.
Food is great! but I'm rated a 4 star because of the super long drive thru lines. Even though they don't take 'as long' as McDonald's, they still remind me of McDonald's and that is a huge turn off for me sorry.
Fantastic restaurant! I rarely get to enjoy it only being off Sunday but I am always impressed with the food and the service. Not that I need to tell people that Chick-fil-A has it down.
The food and service are par with what I expect from Chick-fil-A. However, they cant seem to do anything except whats exactly on the menu. I asked for no salt on the fries and for the chicken to be double fried. The fries ended up with salt and they told me they cant do anything extra to the chicken. Not really a big deal, just a bummer.
