Had a wonderful dinner here. Jocelyn was our server. She was attentive and super nice! The food was super good. I highly recommend the parmesan chicken for non steak lovers and the sweet potatoes were superb. Thank you, we will definitely come back! The atmosphere was cozy with a western theme. Noise levels were good for conversations. Prices were reasonable for what we got.
The steak is really good. The salad was fresh and delicious. The potato was perfect. Our waitress was attentive, friendly, and helpful.
I would recommend cleaning the mop / bucket for the front of restaurant. I could smell mildew when we entered the front of the restaurant. *We almost left. Also the booth had some funk on the wall and in between the wall and the seat.
We visit the chain often in our travels and it's crazy how much variation they're is across even the south!
We waited about 10 mins for a booth, after the hostess said 5. No big deal right, it happens. Then she sits us at a 1/2 booth (bench on one side, chairs on the other). Maybe she was confused???
The server passed and said, I'll be right back to get drink orders. 3 mins later, yes I timed it, she returned. We went ahead and ordered at that time. Salad was delivered pretty quick, less than 5 minutes. Then, while I'm Still working on the Salad, a very thin, warm salty ribeye is placed in front of me. I mean seriously... do these folks learn that's just an entirely inappropriate way to serve???
The steak was severely over salted and only warm, but cooked as ordered.
The server checked back as the steak was set down and then again as we were ready for a check.
Definitely missed the mark on service and food.
Amazing. The waitress was superb. We had a party of 14. She was on top of everything!! Kept our drinks filled & also entertained the children. Thanks for the great atmosphere!!
The Outlaw bone in ribeye we ate last night was one of the best steaks Ive ever eaten in my life! Peyton was an awesome waitress! We asked her to tell the cook and manager we were very impressed (having worked in the food industry ourselves). The manager, Jefre, came to our table and spoke to us. He was thankful for the compliments and very pleasant to speak to. I love giving kudos when they are well deserved because I've been on the other end! Thanks, guys, for a fantastic steak and service!
My husband and I came to Longhorn to celebrate our 33 wedding anniversary the greeter at the reservation was really nice, He congratulate us on our Anniversary and talked to us until our waiter came. The waiter took our order and our food was out in record setting time. We ordered the Ribeye steak. It was seasoned very well and very tender. It actually melted in your mouth every bite.
Longhorn Steakhouses are generally terrific. It’s hard to beat their high standards. However, the Panama City Longhorn manages to do just that. They are exceptional. We always order the French Onion soup and an old fashion along with our meal. At this Longhorn, each seemed to taste even better than usual. Not sure why or how to explain it, they were just better. Everything else was also exceptional. I’d also like to point out the wonderful service by our server and bar tender, Brittany Home. We were there during a festival and they were very busy, so we sat and ordered at the bar. She flawlessly took our orders and managed to effectively serve everyone else at the same time. Her attitude was also remarkable, friendly, engaging, professional, and overall delightful. My compliments to the management.
Really a 5 star place. Our party of 6 came in at a very busy time. We were seated immediately and received our drinks and appetizers really fast. Our dinner was absolutely delicious and brought out fast and perfect. Our waitress Shayna-G was outstanding. She made our experience really pleasant. 5 stars all the way.
I work for LongHorn Steakhouse in LaGrange Georgia and visiting this one in Panama City was a pleasant experience. The food was great and the service was great. The longhorn was very clean and the prices were very reasonable, especially compared to prices at restaurants on the beach.
We had the best experience. Its been a while since we have had good food and service at a Longhorn but were pleasantly surprised after our visit. I wish I could remember our servers name, he was great, and quickly had our food brought to us. I had the chicken and baked sweet potato. Son had chicken fingers.
