Had a wonderful dinner here. Jocelyn was our server. She was attentive and super nice! The food was super good. I highly recommend the parmesan chicken for non steak lovers and the sweet potatoes were superb. Thank you, we will definitely come back! The atmosphere was cozy with a western theme. Noise levels were good for conversations. Prices were reasonable for what we got.
The steak is really good. The salad was fresh and delicious. The potato was perfect. Our waitress was attentive, friendly, and helpful.
I would recommend cleaning the mop / bucket for the front of restaurant. I could smell mildew when we entered the front of the restaurant. *We almost left. Also the booth had some funk on the wall and in between the wall and the seat.
We visit the chain often in our travels and it's crazy how much variation they're is across even the south!
We waited about 10 mins for a booth, after the hostess said 5. No big deal right, it happens. Then she sits us at a 1/2 booth (bench on one side, chairs on the other). Maybe she was confused???
The server passed and said, I'll be right back to get drink orders. 3 mins later, yes I timed it, she returned. We went ahead and ordered at that time. Salad was delivered pretty quick, less than 5 minutes. Then, while I'm Still working on the Salad, a very thin, warm salty ribeye is placed in front of me. I mean seriously... do these folks learn that's just an entirely inappropriate way to serve???
The steak was severely over salted and only warm, but cooked as ordered.
The server checked back as the steak was set down and then again as we were ready for a check.
Definitely missed the mark on service and food.
