Breakfast bar was good, we had that yesterday. Today I chose to have the Elvis omelette with grits and rye toast, great choice. Both days we had fantastic service. It’s a busy restaurant but they manage to take care of water and coffee refills and just checking in on you. I fail to make pics of my breakfast today but it was tasty.

I really like All American Diner as a whole. This location is right near the beach, so it makes it really convenient to hit the sand afterwards and walk off the pounds.
1950's motif, outside and inside, and fun things to look at.
The service from our waitress was prompt, attentive, and friendly. The only exception was the gal at the front, seeing customers in with menus and taking payments. No smile or eye contact. Barely a word from her and, when she did, it was gruff and not friendly. Maybe she needs to work somewhere else. She doesn't seem to enjoy being there. Maybe just a bad day, but she is the first contact. That makes a huge impression, especially for vacationing people.
I had the all-you-can-eat breakfast bar. The food was hot, seasoned well accordingly, and everything tasted nice. I only wish there was a larger selection of items (I've gotten very spoiled by Golden Corral). Scrambled eggs, bacon, smoked sausage, pancakes, french toast sticks, chicken nuggets, grits, biscuits and gravy, fresh fruits, and a few others.
The prices are a tad on the spendy side: $11.99 for the breakfast bar (I am a penny-pincher). You definitely have to consider that this is Panama City Beach, a very touristy town. I wish all places had a local's discount, but I digress.
Overall, a good time and good food.
The atmosphere was outstanding 👏🏻 The breakfast bar had a good variety of food. My son enjoyed his grilled cheese and fries he ordered.
Steak, Shakes, and Pancakes 😁
Food was delicious. Fresh and service was quick. Waitress was very polite and helpful.
I had a club sandwich with potato chips. My husband had the breakfast sandwich with hashbrowns.
If you are in Panama City Beach. Make this diner you first stop. Thank me later!!
Wonderful server, great atmosphere, and delicious food! The prices were not too bad and the food portions were good. I would definitely recommend the stuffed French toast. Just make sure to come with a big appetite.
Wonderful experience, Best Waitresses and excellent food!
We stopped here randomly because we were hungry and thought the building was cute. The first thing we saw upon approaching was the All-you-can-eat Breakfast Buffet for $11.95 sign, and we were pot committed. As we walked to our seats, we perused the buffet, and it looked great. We were not disappointed. My niece ordered just pancakes off the menu, and they were heavenly. The pic of the buffet is afterward as we paid because we were busy eating that I forgot to take pictures!
Our waitress, April, ran the place like a fine-tuned engine. She is definitely an asset to that diner, and I hope they know that! Every one of the employees there works very well together to have a well run establishment. We will absolutely be back when we return to PCB!!
It was amazing. The best breakfast bar I've ever been to. Everything was seasoned and cooked to perfection. The staff was friendly and amazing customer service. Live the vibes and decor they have going on. We will definitely be back on our next visit.
we went there twice for breakfast. you can choose between buffet and standard breakfast. inside it's set up like an old diner from Elvis' time. the music fits too. The prices are great and the service is super nice and attentive.
The atmosphere at these "malt shop" diners are an experience all their own. It takes you back to a place in time when life seemed a little more simple. The jukebox was the biggest electronic device going. The layout of this place is great especially with the small space. A ton of Elvis memorabilia is on almost every wall. Some Marilyn Monroe and other decor is spread around the diner as well. The counter with bar stools is really nice. It truly is something to see. I arrived as it opened around 7am. It didn't seem overcrowded and I didn't have any wait time at the buffet. The waitress was amazing! It was the person you expected to see when entering. After talking to her, I found out she is the original waitress here. The breakfast bar is priced fair. The food itself is just ok. It's typical breakfast food with an added fruit bar but nothing special. Although, the experience is why you go to places like this anyway. I would definitely recommend at least once. Plan on spending $25-$30 for 2 people here.
