I had the Grouper P.O.’boy sandwich blacked. The fish was well cooked and well seasoned the bread of the sandwich was very fresh as well. Overall the bread was a little big for the sandwich so I ate just the fish which was very tasty! The french fries are home made and very delicious as well! The beer is super cold which is awesome because it was a very hot day and the service was very very good. I would say this place is overall very good for the dive bar atmosphere it provides and I would go back as well!
A M A Z I N G ! If y'all ever come to Panama City Beach, y'all HAVE to stop here!! It's not that special of a building. But this place was excellent in every way. Zane was our server, and he was on top of his game! We were a party of 12, and his service for my whole family was great. I ordered the gumbo for an appetizer. I SHOULD'VE ORDERED THE BIG BOWL!!! I had the raw oysters and were of the best quality! Fresh as could be. It was the most delicious gumbo I've had in my life!!! I then ordered a plate of fried shrimp and fish. The shrimp were a tad bit small. But the batter flavor of it was good. I had some of the crab cake as well, and it was superb. Highly recommend this place! But come early, because it gets packed. 6 out of 5 stars!!!!

We really enjoyed this stop after snorkeling all morning. Wasn’t busy which was surprising with the oyster quality. Salty and fresh. We stuffed our faces. Will definitely come back. Nice road side crab/oyster place, standard dollar bill decoration and service was on point. Thanks!
I first ate at Billy’s a couple of years ago while on vacation, and it was so delicious that my husband went the very next night. That says a lot when picking out where we are going to eat for dinner is a big deco while on vacation!!
We are in Panama City this week, and had to go eat at Billy’s! It didn’t disappoint in anyway. They move down the wait list quickly, the service is great, and the food is DELICIOUS!! If you want a good sea food meal while on vacation in Panama City Beach and don’t want to take your chances, go to Billy’s. It’s a sure thing! I love their oysters and the crab cake appetizer is phenomenal.
Monday night in July and the place was rockin...the building might be best described as 'vintage', but the food will be described as delicious. The Lobster Bisque will tease your taste buds, as will the crab baked lobsters. The Billy's combo platter will hit your seafood platter checkoff list. Dont let the building fool ya. These folks know how to cook.

I've only been to PCB 1 other time and we haven't eaten at many places here in town. We got in late and had to do our weekly grocery run so my fear was I wasn't gonna find a decent local place to eat without a multiple hour wait so late in the evening. I had a party of 7 and called 2 paces we had eaten the last time and each were almost 2 hour waits at 8 pm already.
I found Billy's on Trip Advisor and it wasn't far from our condo. I called and they had 0 wait. I was worried about that but hungry, so away we went. My parents are with us and they are never satisfied with any meal I've eaten with them, home-cooked, or not, in the last several years. I was shocked that they loved everything they had! We all had a variety of selections but everything was top notch. The only negative thing I have to say is my low country boil was a little salty, but that's it. Absolutely delightful. We will be back !

Nice seafood restaurant, our server was Yelena, she always checked on our party of 4 regularly. We we never left without, food came out fast and hot! Beers were cold! We have a new place to get great service in PC. Thank you for a nice experience.

We tried this place for the first time and were blown away by the quality, quantity, and service! Our new fav place to get the most perfectly cooked crab legs! Most places overcook them but these were PERFECT!! Will be returning before we leave!& the service was top notch! We went on Wednesday night and I felt like the server checked on us so frequently and nothing was ever wrong or needed! Also, loved the music playing!
